Daily Journal/Thoughts/ Prayers (my perspectives and/or feelings):

Puzzle pieces of life as I watched that baby girl working without distraction putting puzzles together as if nothing else in the world mattered.

Wondering how many times I could have been that 4-year-old girl never letting anything distract me keeping my story together, fitted snug and perfect painting fun, beautiful and abstract life scenarios. 

 

Yet like many my pieces time and time again not having faith or knowing you Jesus my pieces shattered and scattered everywhere.

We all bleed the same.

No matte what is or what is not we all bleed red. 

One day we will see a better way, stepping up, stepping out for our children and those who are suffering.    One day those causing the suffering will let go of selfishness and lack of thought or regards and protect and help lead.   For now, it just is what it is in this crazy mixed-up world.

Doing our best or hopefully so with what we get to work with. 

God’s beautiful canvas and we are the crayons and markers with the freedom to color, scribble, draw out our little piece of the grandeur puzzle.

What are we doing even if it seems meaningless; what are we doing with our lives and what we are given?

Who are we doing it with, for or to?

What in the end does it all really mean?

Living on the promises of God is so hard sometimes.  Believing in what is unseen yet knowing there are days when we have so much peace we do not even know how strong or weak we really were in any situation because Jesus carried us through.

Baby steps, or leaps and bounds.   None of it matters in the grand scheme of things if we are not working towards eternity.    Sure, like that high or rush you get with a good buzz from drugs, alcohol, sex, sky diving.  Whatever it may be.  Getting up on a stage.

 

 We know some of the greatest musicians and artists thrive by being surrounded by thousands of people screaming their name and doing crazy things for them.

We also watched 2020 put everyone in a timeout and remind us everything is temporary.

Some of that was much needed for many and others crushed them, and they are trying to find themselves back.

Change is inevitable.   Without a doubt change is in the wind for everyone and everything we are so complacent about.    Some change will be great for growth while others will destroy, derail, and even cause death.      But it is coming.

Be it work, day to day, our relationships.

So why do we hold so tight to what we know will and can change.   Why do we not put efforts in holding what should be.

Why do we not acknowledge the fact that God is, was and forever will be.  As will His son Jesus Christ.

 

Why do we lose focus and lose our puzzle pieces or allow the world to mix them all up and we can no longer see the beauty among the many that will layer up?

 

Thankful Lord even when I don’t always rest in you.   Thankful that I know I and everyone in this world has the ability to choose you, choose life, choose to rest in you no matter what it is with, for or around us.

Thank you for this new day with prayers from the depths of my soul and heartbeat that steps up into the emerging what next.     Be with all that is unsaid. For all who are connected or unknown. 

May we find our child like way softening the foundation not to weaken us but to allow healing, allow rest in you.

 

I really want to know you Jesus; I really want all I am connected to know you.

Thankful for you Jesus

Thankful for those beautiful no agenda spirits that are placed in our lives that come and shine without effort, and lift us up just by being the kind, beautiful souls willing shared with the world they travel.

Thankful for the mercy, grace and protection when caught in the crossfire of unrest and sometimes pure darkness others go through.

Thankful for the ability to cling to you Father God and fight forward trying not to be the darkness, hurts or anything else that robs others from a growing, loving spirit.

Thankful you allow us all to choose to Rise Up and Rise Above.   Allowing us to dare to be different yet pure in what you have created us to be.

Yes, we all get there in our own time.   We cannot force anyone to everlasting positive changes.   We can be the thorns that make others bleed out if we are not careful.  

How much we care about ourselves and the way we do, matters.   How much we care about others as if it were our own personal being.  Our own personal prize matters.

Being collectors is overrated and everything we collect is eventually tossed aside, stored up for safe keeping in some storage somewhere collecting dust.  

In the end when we are gone it tossed out for the vultures of the world to ravage, steal, and fight over to keep thinking it will have some meaning for their future.

Just to say they have it, they got it, they did it.

But what about our souls, our spirits Lords.  What about life after death.

Karma, what come around goes around.    Loving others like we love ourselves.

Judgement comes to all no matter what you call it or how you treat people, places, or things.

 

This world is full of judgment; mine, yours everyone has something to say about how things should be done.  Everyone has something someone should be doing, looking at, looking like.   Being.

Yet in the end like all those friends we have throughout time.  Or so we thought.  You know all those people in your youth we surround ourselves with and always show up for.  Yet when it is time of need for our own being; they are nowhere to be found.

But let’s think about that for a minute.    Are they the one’s that see the needs for others or are they just our hang out party buddies?  

Is that love that you cannot live without your forever or you just think it is.  Because you already gave all of you away to them without working together for the better future of unison or anyone you do live with.

 

Crazy thoughts, maybe not.    We cannot live in a bubble and not live, love and laugh.   We cannot Not love others.    However, we can know the difference of what love really plays out to be.

When we love humanity and try to help others grow forward; why do we do so?   Do we hold expectations of some kind of return on investment?

Do we measure our achievements by the stack of bills we have from all the things we collect?    Do we think we are what we have been blessed?

What do we do with our talents, and blessings that we have been given?

Do we help others find theirs?    Are we paying life forward and appreciating every moment even when we make mistakes?

Are we at least trying?

 

Paying it forward in life does not mean you need to sell your soul. 

A kind word.

A kind gesture.

A hug.

A thank you.

Even just keeping our mouths closed and perhaps being in prayer lifting the spirit up for whatever is going on.

Yes, there is abundant need for all those shut in; even more that are totally alone.   

Perhaps it is just standing up for who we are meant to be first; then without judgment doing our best to grow forward and help others stand.

You know us best Jesus; you know who will make it one day, not at all or 21 years.  You alone will know if the time we spend here and now will be like we are burning at the hands of others or burning in the luxury furnace we are given.  Or just starving to death thinking we have nothing when nothing is truly everything.

You know what we will do to others or allowed done to our own beings never understanding the gap we are trying to fill and love we are trying to find has been with us right along.   If we only call upon your name. 

 

There is no rocket science to know you how unique you created each and every living creature on this planet.

Yet we always have to have the answers and chase the wrong things, many times what turns out to be demons.

Yet you call of children of God.    You love us undeniable through out eternity; yet only few compared to the numbers that will pass through this planet will ever come to know you.   So many will know of you and be their best self; yet few will allow themselves to fall in love with who you are Jesus.

Thank you for never giving up on me and allowing me through the years, through the pain, through the many tears to be one of the few.

Even when I cannot explain it.

Even when I do not deserve a thing.

Even when, Even if!

You loved me always, you loved me best.

With no agenda but that for me to find myself in you and love who you created me to be.

No money, no material items, no amount of time.  No agenda.   Allowing me to seek myself and let go of the me’ism and seek more of you.

You know me best.

How or why I am.

Where I came from and where I will end up.

May the blood that flows through these veins into those you allowed me to help bring to this planet be blessed, protected, guided, and comforted in you; ALWAYS.

May your peace be with all you have called home and stopped the suffering for the here and now.  May the comfort be with all of us left behind.

Guide us in your understanding Father God; not our own.    I myself so easily make a mess of things when I think I have got it on my own.

 

I know I cannot be the only one.   Looking at the world and how we react or not react to things.   We need you.  

Show us Jesus how to find the light.  How to be the light.

We are never alone Jesus; you are always with us.  Thank you for this day and thank you for the blessing of life.

Do you ever just wake in the middle of the night not planning, not with anything horribly going wrong and just need to pray to God for all the insignificant things, all the wrong choices, all the good intentions that had went bad and all those things that have or could have gone into something it didn’t need to be.   To just stop.

Make it stop God!

All those things you wish you could change, but it’s not your life or just not in your control.

Almost like standing in the middle of a war; where everyone is fighting, and no one really has a clue why and you on the megaphone just have enough and you just want it to stop.     While every looks at you like you are crazy and as your shouting can we just get along the way humanity was intended.    With love, kindness and stop the madness, hate, destruction.

Yes, I know some of the things that come out of this mind at all hours of the day and night could probably have me committed at times.

But what if we all including myself could be the change and just make it stop and refocus on family and what blessings we have?

What if we who are all so loud and complaining about all that is going wrong and be the change.

What if we started learning how to reach our kids, teach our kids even the simplest of tasks?

   How to plant and grow food, how to sew, how to be okay being a factory worker, being a contractor, a repair tech, a home keeper, an essential worker as something beautiful to have and not just look down on people because they are not super stars or have fat bank accounts.

What if we really prayed for our children and our grandchildren.    Not just when we are around our church and Jesus following friends and family but really prayed and not forcefully making them do but really started living and leading the way?

What if being woke in the middle of the night really knowing someone is out there thinking of you, and you know what you don’t know!  Or you know who they pretend to be one way is not who they really are?

Riddles, questions, so much controversial incomplete spinning that need not happen on any given day.    Much less in the middle of a sound sleep.

All the while the one sure thing is you want to make it stop; whatever it is.  And give all the positive, all the love, all the protection, all the thanks to and for those that matter most.

White picket fence installers need not apply.  Empty promise keepers need not apply.  Repeat romances that you already know the ending to the story need not apply.

When you know you are not that person;  When you say you are not that person.   Do not let the candied words and needful escape running through your minds change the truth.

It ends; it always ends, and someone always ends up being tossed in the middle of that warzone with, near, or because of you.

Job so desperately wanted God to make it stop and yes biblically he never did anything wrong.  He not once went out and stepped into the sandbox to deserve such great torments or losses.   

He held tight to God’s rob and His faith that if this is what God will allow so shall it be.

Doing the best, we can with what we are given.   Growing through the pain, teaching, and learning as we are growing.   Never losing sight of who is in control.

How did He (JOB) have so much strength to just keep going.    How many times did he with all that is going on cry out to make it stop?   Never given the chance to save his family.  Everything taken away just like that.  His one true love his wife turning on him when she should have known him best accusing what he was not.   His friends were not because he no longer fulfilled their needs of what or how a friend should have meant back then.   Yes, maybe afraid they too would be left to nothing.   But I don’t recall any of them sticking by through it all is praying and not giving up.  

We all go through hard times, sometimes we are the hard times, sometimes we are the collateral damage.    But in the end when we do our best and maintain faith in all that is pure, all that is good all that is yes Godly!     We see through to the other side and become a better same kind of different.    Growing through the messes and lessons.    In the end of JOBs suffering, he and His faith were given a do over and he no matter how bad it got remained faithful. 

We when we do it in faith and not try to force things, not try to make it happen ourselves.    We too with clear minds, pure hearts and clean hands will get to see that which feeds our souls on the other side.

There will never be the promise in anyone’s life that won’t hurt us.   But what we cling to when we are crying out to make it stop.  What we are purposing for when we are trying to get back up it all matters.

Love yourself before you chase someone or something else to love you.  And yes marrying someone else’s ex if they were totally done is a choice you need to be sure about.  But one thing for sure; never be the cause of why they became the ex to start with.   God will never bless those who are committed to one and playing in the sandbox with another.   Also knowing if someone promises you the world when they leave their significant other that what comes around goes around.   They will do it to you as well.  You may not believe that in the heat of the moment but if they are not filled with the spirit they will never be filled and will always chase that next feeling that makes them think this is it.

Things happen I get that.    Though in my lifetime the lies, the not caring hateful and even violent moments of being that wife and calling them out for what it was.  

And what I have learned is just because you didn’t work out and someone did you wrong does not make them a horrible person.   They just never resolved the things they were chasing or what hurt them before they jumped in and pretended the bandage, we become was it.

Eventually the healing has to be addressed and people do what they do before it’s too late and the scars sometimes heal while others, they just close over what eats away and destroys who we were meant to be.

Yes, make it stop Lord all those that are so depressed and wishing and even trying to leave this planet because they cannot deal with what life is giving them.  Fill them up and let them know they matter.

Those who play games because that is all they know; let them find their real selves.

Those suffering and broken and hurting.   Lord fill them with that peace and healing that only you can.  Let them know it is you and not anything or anyone else.

Make it stop for those broken relationships and the unnecessary, hurt, habits and hang-ups they find themselves in.   Make them deal with the truths.   Protect the littles caught in the crossfire.

All the puzzle pieces our lives become that are knocked and scattered all over the floors, streets, atmosphere.   Lord may we cling to you to find our way back to the canvas as you intended.

No more finger pointing in relationships, in government, in families.   Lord may we start working together to rebuild and become one in you, in and for all circumstances.

May we forgive ourselves for not being enough or trying to be too much of what we are not.

May we forgive those who trespassed against us; physically, verbally, emotionally.

May it stop Lord!   Make the harm and mayhem that our babies the children of the future are being used for, stop!   Protect them from the evil dwellers; lead them to safety.    Curse and justify those who bring harm.

Show us the righteous path we must take.    Show us how to lead as we are already.  Someone is always watching.    May we teach, may we grow, may we lead in your will.  

May we have the endurance to just keep believing and never let go of you Jesus through it all.    So, we can reflect and help others get here when it’s their turn.

Heal this land, Jesus!    Show us how to be part of the light that grows and plants and helps grow forward.

Thank you for all the unknown reasons you use this mind, this ability to sit and type out.   Make it mean something to help grow forward if not just for myself, but that of whoever needs to know.   

In faith, with hope we will make it to the other side and will be that helping spirit for others seeking their way across.

 

Guard our hearts, our eyes, our lips.  

 

Protect, guide us in mercy and grace.  Even though we will never do enough to deserve it.

Perfect reminder to start a new day, new month and honestly push for a new vision in life each moment we are allowed up.  Thank you, Sarah Young, for starting February off with the following.

“Follow ME ONE STEP AT A TIME.  That is all I require of you.  In fact, that is the only way to move through this space-time world. You see huge mountains looming, and you start wondering how you’re going to scale those heights.  Meanwhile, because you’re not looking where you’re going, you stumble on the easy path where I am leading you now.  As I help you get back on your feet, you tell Me how worried you are about the cliffs up ahead.  But you don’t know what will happen today, much less tomorrow.  Our path may take an abrupt turn, leading you away from those mountains.  There may be an easier way up the mountains than is visible from this distance.  If I lead you up the cliffs, I will equip you thoroughly for the strenuous climb.  I will even give My angels charge over you, to preserve you in all your ways.  Keep your mind on the present journey, enjoying My Presence. Thank you for another day.

Today as I started the day, I decided to go off the beaten path and do some reading on current news or what has been in the news.  Dumb, yes.  It is not like I am blind to the mess our world or even local government and townships can be in. 

 

 I was just a news junkie for so many years I had to stop so I dumped cable and stay away from pretty much all of it; except the gossip nonsense that shows up on social media or that which fills the common searches when people are out there trying to find dirt or create dirt on social mainstream and of course celebrities. 

Yes, I knew the new administration nominated new staff, but I never really went to look and see what all the rumors were about.

  I must say we have lost our minds.  Now I am not here to condemn or condone the skillset or knowledge any one soul may have based on what they choose to do for/to themselves on the outside.  

 However Really????

 

I know if I continue this when referring to the assistance secretary at the health and human services.     

I was taken surprise when I first seen some of the commentary.   But the bottom line is.

The next four years that will impact the world and its future will be on the heads and choices of the Biden administration.

One thing is clear.   God gave us freedom of will, freedom of choice and no matter what each and every soul chooses to do with the vessels they are given.   The choice in the end is between God, them, and anyone they immediately impact.

So with that I have to say I pray no matter who is running this office at this time God is interweaved and aligning things as they should be in the end.

No bullies, no missing out because of how someone looks, no authority because they had the most money and that is why they got where they are.  Prayerfully they will have the skill, the knowledge, and continue to seek it.  Prayerfully they will seek how they can grow for and with this universe and stop wasting precious time on trying to change themselves while on the clock for America.

We all get to choose, and we all own our choices in the end.  Prayerfully the collateral damage from any of the administrations.  Be it bullying, chauvinism, Godly, ungodly, loyalist that do because they know someone and not what is really for or what God wanted for this nation or any nation.

We could be a communistic country, or one scourging and demeaning and destroying humanity for that location all together.

Biblically speaking history repeats itself over and over.   It seems eventually nothing is good enough or considered a blessing to maintain loyalty, respect and want to grow forward as Christ so suffered for.

Who am I, to think out loud on such things?  The soul that still dreams allot, hates politics and in most cases wishes much could be fully renewed and logical, educated beings would clear the house on all party sides and really do something for the nation we live.

Yes, reading up on some of the go forward picks has me thinking.  Obviously here I am writing about it.   But I also was reminded who is in control.   No matter what I can see or not.   No matter what goes well, or horribly bad.

We are still blessed and given an opportunity to do our best to make a difference and be a light in the world we live.   Or just sit back and pass judgement every chance we get.

We are blessed to have choice; but that gives us no right or privilege any more opportunity to make change if we do not get up and dare to make a difference.

Not leave it for everyone else to make then get ticked off and fill the world with more hate and nonsense because we cannot get what we want.

Yes, sometimes we are blessed with things that are positive outcomes that we become part of but never did a thing but just exist in the right place and right time.   Most times we read, hear, or are part of the collateral damage stream that takes place.    Just left to do our best and keep going forward or just give up because we had no one to help lift the weight of the world off and help us find the new path with promises of hope and light.

We all get to choose to know what feels really right for us; may not for those who once mattered.

Where do we go from here?

I can say no I did not get rid of cable and stop watching the news because I didn’t want to see or hear about it.

I stopped wasting money on the same old repetitive nonsense.   Where every show became like the last, every news channel told their own version of what was really happening.    And yes, why pay 200 bucks a month for something I never really watched anyone.    Getting caught up in the Hallmark channel was great but even their story lines are all the same.  

I wish I had the answers and knowing the 70’s, 80’s and even 90’s seemed to be so much more respectable and people mattered.     Where the 20^th century always seems to highlight the doom and gloom and openly without hesitation instead of stepping up to help lift that weight, well is fast to judge and faster to add its own version of doom, gloom and taking judgement into our own hands.

So many chess masters out here in the game of life and so many more each day pawns even know what the rules are to stay in the game.

Life is so much different and still never easy or free.    Damned if we do, damned if we don’t.

Yet still blessed each day we are allowed up and acknowledge we get to choose what opportunities to chase, make or be.

I pray we know its okay to not be okay; but its not okay to harm others to get what we want to do, be or just have.

Especially knowing everything in this world including the person next to you is all temporary. 

Be real, show up and if you are committed in love, in marriage, in relationship, in your job.    Dare to be different and make it happen until you cannot any longer and then be real.    Stop trying to be things we are not.  Stop trying to have it all at the expense of everyone else near or far you are connected.

God created man; God created woman.   We can change how we look, how we dress but that will never change the facts of what is written for thousands of years. 

God created each and every one of us in His Image of love, for love and to be love.  Know your value and stop worrying about everyone else’s.    You want to make a difference.   Then do it.  

Anyway this mind maze took me places I normally do not go.   Thank You Jesus for freedom of choice, freedom of speech, freedom to live as I choose to.  No matter how it looks or offends anyone else.    May we all learn to live, love and be our best selves as you created us to be.

It is what we put into it and make it.  It is what it is until it is not.  We cannot force anyone to get there in our time; everyone gets there in their own time. 

And for sure that time is not Gods Timing~

May we please start seeing the evidence of all that is good and talk about, shine about and become about all that is and help be the change for what doesn’t, isn’t or shouldn’t be.
