1 Corinthians 2:16  “For who has known the mind of the Lord that he may instruct him?”  But we have the mind of Christ.

Colossians 3:12  Therefore, as God’s chosen people, holy and dearly loved, clothe yourselves with compassion, kindness, humility, gentleness and patience.

Running to you Father is all I can do.   There is no other that holds me like you do.

Just being me or trying to be my best self; with dreams, desires, wants and needs.   Yet really all I am requires you to sustain.

 

If only all the world of humanity would realize how precious, they are in your creation and stop trying to be what the world says it should be.   Looking and being what the perception of superficial day to day calls for.  Making money doing what we do, starving ourselves from true joy and peace to look like that supermodel or just fit in that mold of weirdness that we dare to be different just to exist and be seen.

 

In the arms of you my Father you accept ups and show us the way of every hair on our heads and how to unknot those heart strings when we cling to you through Jesus Christ.

Nowhere is it written unless we wrote it out that there would not be hard days.  Those days in the fire that help mold the next path we will run, skip, or walk slowly through.

There will always be something and someone more than me.  Always  those I truly love for the depths of what their glow shines forth.  

Even while their stitched-up hearts that have been broken in a billion pieces; without any mission to give or take from anyone.  They just glow forward helping nourish the spirits within your garden Jesus.

 

I will never stop needing you then, now, and always.   For all I am is blessed to life by you God. All I am given are the blessings loaned while in this journey.    Being good stewards of our vessels, and all things acquired for good use and purpose to shine, and help others grow forward.    

 Knowing in the blink of an eye; wind of a storm or drop of rain it can all change.  Yet the ability and blessing to be our best selves with what we are given and knowing if it is not good enough for some, many, or none at all it would have never been nor intended to be.

The greatness of you who lives through the very cells created in abundance of unexplainable peace all the while the darkness and its demons try to snuff out the very light that leads us to one day meet you in the land of milk and honey Jesus.   Face to face no more worries, pain, sorrow.   One day we will be face-to-face with the Truth Everlasting.

 

So be it sitting around a table with the breeze blowing as new meaning to family and friends circled up has come to be.   Or the heartbreak scrolling across any tv set where another one of your children have lost their mind to the demons.   

Jesus

Come Yesterday!

Come Tomorrow!

Come Now!  We need you now; I need you now and always, every breath I am allowed to exhale.

Thank you for allowing me the knowledge and power of you.  Thank you for this new day of opportunities waiting for me and all I connect.    May all I do be purposed and pleasing in your eyes and will.

Thank you, Lord, for another morning to rise.   I wish I were that educated theologian to break it down and teach and preach what he said.    To have the connection to you and to the people like the legacy Billy Graham or any of those who have come and gone long before I was even this spec in the world.

No one can make us feel, do, or believe but our own inner beings.    No matter what we go through, no matter how many twists and turns that are the same but different.   We all get to choose.   

  Choose life and chase your light in love, with mercy and grace and fight for our own obedience in truth.    

Or allow the darkness to consume us and justify radical improper and long-suffering death.   

You Father God know when our last breath will be; but you have given us the freedom of will and choice to drive the destiny’s we go start out to and what or who we will step on or around to get there.

   No matter what our choices; you gave your only son so that we could have this life full of choices.

 John 3:16 (NIV) @BIBLEGATEWAY.COM   ¹⁶ For God so loved the world that he gave his one and only Son, that whoever believes in him shall not perish but have eternal life.  And as I am reminded in this morning’s devotional…John 3:17 (NIV) @BIBLEGATEWAY.COM

So, no matter what I do, what I say.

No matter if I write about where every scar I carry came from or even those I know I have left.  

No matter if I write about the yearning deep down in the flesh for that one love that is deep within this being or the many lessons and broken hearts along the way.   

There is only You Jesus that ultimately grant that abundant peace even when the tears flow like Niagara Falls or the peace and happiness erupts in laughter so hard you cannot stop crying. 

   Either way the tears, cells, molecules of this being belong to you Father God.  

Somewhere along the line I finally woke up in this journey and realized to whom I belong to and all that I am, all that I have been allowed to procreate and all I am allowed to sustain. 

Every single breath belongs to you.

So, no matter if right here and right now were it or 75 more years come.   Everything in and with you Jesus will be alright. 

   No matter what is or is not; no matter what happens around me or even to me. I will overcome, we will over come just as it is writte in 1 John 4:4 (NIV) @BIBLEGATEWAY.COM ⁴ You, dear children, are from God and have overcome them, because the one who is in you is greater than the one who is in the world.

 

So be it, if some Bob Marley reminds me this morning or the sun that shines bright or even the thunder and lightening in the perfect storm that surrounds us. 

   You Jesus are with those who call upon your name. 

  May all my blessings, all my victories, all my strength and even hidden courage lead back to you always Jesus!

 

We all get to choose and although I will never be that scholarly when it comes to everything the Bible means, is or will be.  

But as I learn a little more each day and every breath you have given me is a blessing and an allowance to be one spec of my best self in this big old world. 

  One mustard seed in the canvas you have given me. 

   Full of lessons, colors, broken edges, and bold deep passion.    

For this even if it means nothing to anyone else in this journey or everything to everyone… 

It is you Jesus that deserve all the credit, all the glory, all of everything I will never be able to repay you with or for.    

Thank you for this day and any more that may come.

May we turn the page and bring to life the story you Jesus died for so we could live and paint that canvas. 

 May we/I always remember to seek redemption and never purposely get caught up in harm of or towards the world you bless us with.  

Forgive me for that which I fall short and falter.   

Thank you for all you allow me to be, know and share.

 

Hear the whispers, hear the cries.   Wake us up Lord!    Wake us up…

May we live boldly in awe of you and all you allow us.

And when it is time to let go, may we cling to you tighter than ever before.

 Daily Journal/Thoughts/ Prayers (Thinking out loud)

A kiss good morning with the blessing of life with or without that dream lover you imagined once or always.    Jesus who has breathed life into another day full of promise, despite what anything or anyone in the world shouts, whispers or just makes impossible.

Lover of my soul; keeper of my heart I am beyond grateful for all that will be, could be, or has been.     Despite my forever here and now or my future husband in my next life.   You are and always will be Jesus then, now, and always.

 

I need to run to you Father first and always.   You are what fills each day when I was so lost and broken not knowing why or if.    Telling the messy things piled up in the corners of my life or anyone else’s for that matter.   They really have no meaning without all you bless and reflect the mercy and growth each and every soul has been granted when we cling to you.

Many will never care to understand, even more will cast judgment, and think they know.  But until we actually invite you in and walk a mile in hope, in love and chasing the light that you bring; no one will ever get it.     Even when the miracles are abundant, they are blinded to the truth until they want and invite you into the depths of who you are.  More importantly who they are meant to be because of what Jesus has done.

Thank you for that glimpse of the rainbow and the ride I am given in your bold love.

When the trolls are after us be it the demons in the spirit world or even those who ride on the coat tails of so many they will never be; as they will never just be their true self.     May we always get back up again and fight forward in and with you Jesus.    

We all lose our way; prayers Jesus that we cling to you and get back up again fighting forward and making the most of every new day you have kissed us in the morning with.

Love is calling do we hear it or is it surrounded by all the panic and static slowly suffocating any moments we are meant to truly live within?

May all that I am, all that I am connected always turn and turn it over to you God!   Good, bad, or indifferent turn it all over to you and be filled with the beauty and remnants of life’s great war we sometime carry around within.

I can never go back.  The war is over where I chase days gone by; trying to find purpose at the hands of what anyone and everyone says it should be.  What is done is gone; tomorrow never promised.  Here and now being my best self and if it is not good enough for those who surround me it was never meant to be.  

I need you Jesus as my one and only Savior…

 

You and all I have been blessed to experience is too good to not believe!

So, no matter where that takes me, where that leaves me.   Thank you, Father God, for your timing, your blessings, your mercy, and undeserved grace in the truth of this life.   

 

Despite what I might be missing out in the world; despite all that I was exposed and lived in my youth; despite what you believe or anyone else does not.   I have to believe in the promise of God and all that is good.   

 

So be it trolls, demons, angels, or the light of heaven….Jesus was, Jesus is,  Jesus’ forever will be faithful and true!    And the best part is it is all worth it all!!!

Through it all and we all have abundance of laughter and tears extreme joy and great sorrow.   Yet in and with you Jesus we are blessed, and I am thankful for this day and every day you allow me to be part of.

 

Guarding our hearts is not always easy when we take off running every day, we are allowed up not remembering or even at times knowing it is because of you we exist.

Lead, guard, and protect me and all steps I am allowed to take in this day.    Your will be done and be with all I am connected.    You were and will always be that which sustains all living things.

Hear the cry’s, the prayers even of those who only call to you when something is going wrong in their lives.    May today here and now be a turning point the universe knows who you really are Jesus.

I know I am a punk more than sometimes and you even when I forget are always in my corner.  Always there allowing me to remember.

If I had a dime, for every dollar, I gave away, loaned away or even had stolen I would be a worldly millionaire.   Yet you bring priceless riches to allow me to know humility, and humbling obedience in love that no empty promises of the world could ever take away.

As we find ourselves worshipping you on Sunday; may we eternally know and worship you in the moral value you created us to be.   May we get back up no matter what the fate and bring it to you at the foot of the cross where you took all sin, shame, doubt, blame even when none of it was yours.      So, we could see again, live again and believe in him; your one and only Son Christ Jesus.

May the grace and truth you fill me with Jesus’ overflow to all I am allowed to be, connect and cross paths in this journey with.   Now and always may I never stop seeing you shine down.  

No matter who gets it or not in this day or any others.   Thank you, Father God, for allowing me to get you!  I may not understand fully the abundance you really are.  But that which I am given a glimpse I am beyond underserving thanks to your mercy and love.

I never want to forget be it looking into the fire or standing next to you within.  I want to always remember your mercy and grace each breath given.
