I know who I am because of who you are Father God.

No conditions will ever change the love for your creation and children of this world you long to love you and love themselves more than they love this world.

 

Cleanse our minds Lord.

Fill our spirits with you Jesus.

Heal all that is broken into your will be the glue that holds that light of hope to shine up ahead brightly and boldly more than ever before.

Your reckless love that left the 99 and come back for the one every time.

 

We sacrifice so much of who we are to be and what we are given, and time will never be replaced.   Why when you are the lion and the lamb of all that is eternal?

 

Lord I believe in the promise of life and have seen so many changes over the years for that of my own.   Flood all that we are and everywhere we go Father God.

Thank you for being my Father when I had no.   My direction when I was lost and beyond hope.

May the pain I feel for those that tug on my heart strings find you as well.

 

May I learn forgiveness and find the boundaries to prevent all that was and all that could be for the lost that try to consume everything around them without you.

You know all things.   I need not point out or judge the actions of anything or anyone.

Show me how to fix what I need to fix and let go of that which I must.

Reveal the truth and direction that only you and your grace want for all that I am now.

This speck of sand in the little plot where you allow me to exist.      

I cannot do this on my own Father.   

You are father to the fatherless, be with every little soul guiding and protecting them from so much darkness.    Teach them the steps to walk and how to appreciate and live fully with the everything in nothing or avoid the nothing that everything of this world says it should be.

Hold this heart, this hand and all that I am.    Gate keeper to this soul.    

Now and forever.  There is no more room for that which does not grow the spirit in truth.

Fill the mystery with your truth and justice Jesus.   No matter what will be; for everything I could ever be belongs to you.   This includes any that you have blessed me to bring in this world or any connections I will ever be allowed.

 

Your grace holds me and with out that, without love.  There is no life~

 

For this moment, for all days.    You know what needs to be done.   Show me what next.  Show me how to get back up as the time has come near where change must be.     Guide the lost!  Be it me and all I connect or anyone I know.   In your perfect will heal us.

 

Thank you for this day and no matter what.  Thank you for all the days that have been.

 

As I go through just sharing the devotions that are shared to me.   May your light spark the flame, plant the seeds, and help grow better tomorrows for all that call upon your name.

 

As the world celebrates this weekend for father’s day.  Where families come together.   Jesus, may you have your way and reflect and shine bigger and, in more truth, than ever before.   As you are the father of all things, all time.  All that will ever be.

No matter who gets it, or who does not.   Release and lock in all you truly are and want us to be.

Come yesterday.

Come today.

Come every tomorrow that we will be blessed to face.

 

Show me now how to hold on while letting go.  I have been and done all that I can.  The rest is up to your will alone.

Thank you for this new day again given hope and promise of here and now with so many opportunities awaiting.   Go left, go right.  Just go and make the best of whatever you choose to do, to be!

 

Worn

Yes, we get so worn out of and from this world.  When even though you never say it, you have those unspoken expectations of those within the circles you spin to just be, and you can fill in the just to be blank …

 

Our human condition and we are all human; even if sometimes the darkness keeps some so lost, they can never again find themselves in humanity much less anyone from the outside looking in.

 

Be it the hustle for 6 cents, 6 bucks, 600 or 60 thousand.     Even if it is one minute of time taken from a soul that you never had really been present for anything more than just what you could selfishly consume.

Reminded in a study last night in the analogy where we are hosting a gathering and we invite friends, family over yet we spend all our time cleaning or worrying about what everything around them looks like or what they will think it should look like; that we so often forget the relationships and why we were blessed to know them or have them in the first place.

I will admit.  I used to host allot and was always that one that had to make sure the house was perfectly clean before anyone arrived right down to washing the floors all the way through even if they were just done a couple days before and they were not dirty.

Knowing when you would have all that traffic, they would be a mess after, but something just drove me to make sure I did it before anyone walked in.

That human condition

We all have something that we do to measure up to whatever the situations we are creating.

Be it at the hands of others or just those we create ourselves.

 

I will admit even though I have mellowed and really try to be present with any gathering I am part of at this season of life.    I still get pretty worn out from all that spins around and with me.

 

Maybe I have allowed my heart to be too close and how it pains me for the hustle and slowly watching others and the paths they are taken without Christ Jesus.   Or even those who say they are believers and walk the walk all the while they are living outside obedience.   I really don’t have a right to judge and trust me I try not to.  But the proof is in the pudding when truth reflects what is really going on.   

Lies, cheating, drugs, thieving.    Its all the same; be it you do it with or to friends, family, or perfect strangers.   A lie is a lie no  matter how many ways you present it.   We won’t even get into the other stuff this world and many in it spin with.

 

If you want to screw your life up and get caught up and feed your soul slowly to demons that is your choice.   

 

We all go through the motions at times.  Really excited, loving to so depressed and unable to shake it off.   Many contributors drive either direction.  But we get to choose if and when we will allow our soul to rise above all that the world offers, gives, or takes. 

 

We get to choose that which we cannot see but know the elements and abundance is far greater than we will ever be and that nothing in this world will ever compare to the peace that Christ Jesus and knowing him and getting to know him every single day we are allowed back up gives!

No matter what I will rise until I cannot pull myself up one more time.   I will always be me and try to do something.   Be it training my own bad behavior of enabling others into theirs.   Be it loving on people from a distance but never letting them into my heart again.   Knowing when the heart takes over.  Well, we all know what happens when we drive our steps from the heart and not from logic.   Much less when we allow our heart to say look past that truth and just go with it.   Well, we get what we deserve if we allow ourselves to be that crazy in this world full of so many harsh realities.

Temporary happiness for what others can do for you in the moment you want it.  Is just that temporary.     That joy deep inside that connection, that love, that honor and loyalty and that absolute where no expectations drive out all that is good, all that is pure all that is filled with God’s intention to love with mercy and grace.

What do I know?

 

Just a speck in the wind.    Thankful that no matter what I get right or wrong.  I am blessed each day to get back up and work in obedience to honor the vessel He has given me to travel in.  To shake out the mind and make room for all the new possibilities and flicker even the smallest flame of hope.

Working harder than I should most days.   Falling further down than I ever have to when those closest to me  reveal their true selves.    All the while fighting with all we are to not be like anything or anyone else.

Life is what it is until it is not.

I pray I learn more and more each day to focus more on God than anything of this world.  Good or bad.    I pray for those going through it and the storms inside are calmed.   I pray for all that I am connected for all the needs are met and spoken to each and ever soul by Christ himself.

Wait, Yes, No it does not matter what he says.   As long as the relationship and conversation is with every individual and not third party intercessory.

 

 

I can come out and share dreams and visions.   But until we all stop and be still and hear Christ Jesus allowing him and his spirit to dwell deep inside.  Eternity is a long way off and all that is temporary will always pile up to consume and rob us from the promise boldly waiting on the other side of that mountains that stand before us.

Lord thank you for this day.

Will this world ever be undivided?  Will there every really be peace and truth where people step out no matter where and when and step up, stepping in to not look past or through others with expectations or distain and just reach out and love and help where they are?

 

Will players finally run out of play and start learning how to be the game pieces of life for all that is good.  Not to line their pockets, mocking and laughing behind the scenes thinking no one knows.

All while the elderly shut-ins are just broken and alone wanting just someone to care after all the time they have done in this world.

What about the babies and all the innocence that has been robbed since the beginning of time? 

 

So much hatred so many flying off the handle and flipping out or just trying to get even dealing with the worldly situations in their own process and mind’s eye.

Why is it we forget how to stay humble and kind reflecting respect no matter what the situation?

I know everything will be alright.  This is my truth the whole world before the beginning of time as we know it and long after.    What has happened is not who we are.  What is surrounding is not where we must stay.

May we dig deep into you Jesus, for you Jesus.   May we learn about how to love without conditions.   Yes, staying safe from the predators, trolls, monsters, or any of Satan’s dirty little army of darkness.      No matter what the situation be it not meant to hurt us or some massive plan.   Jesus, you freely became the light and freedom of life and the universe.

 

Protect all that I ever am, everything, anything I will ever connect.      Stop the madness and shine bright Jesus.   Come down as we need your help now not while we wait for it to be on the way.    

I am sorry I get so easily distracted and step outside the rails so often.  All the while knowing how I belong to you and need you every breath, movement and thought.

 

Shake us up Lord.  Teach all I am connected as you have taught me Jesus how to shake it off and change us all inside out.   Humility looks different for so many.   None of which matters if we do not cling and fight forward like our lives depend on it.

I cannot tell you the exact moment one day I woke, and I was different.   I know the moments I came to you and when that passion and fire gave me the craving of wanting so much more o what you have to give.

 

I want that burn again Jesus.   I want more of you and less of me.  I want your love from the outside in and all that is within to pour out not giving anyone the chance to not feel hope, life, reason to let go of bitterness, or anything that creates so many ripples the atmosphere. 

 

Far from perfect still falling short every day as I wander my journey.  In love with the beauty, you put before me.  Be it mankind or just nature at its best.    Father God there is not a day that does not go by that I don’t question why.   All while trying not to get hung up on what is known and that that I will never.

Guide, protect this mind, this heart, these footsteps.   For me, for all that are out there doing their best to shine your light.   For all who believe and all that need you now.    

Even if, even when.    May I and all I will ever connect closely or from a distance be consumed by you Jesus.     Change our minds, change our hearts.   Listen to us and make us understand what we need to change to make this everlasting light shine bright for you here and now to lead the way back home through eternity.

Listen to my heart Jesus and if you ever choose not to see me anymore.  Thank you for all you have given for me to know even for a moment in time you do.

Heal this body, heal this mind, heal any next steps in your precious name be the glory.   No matter who, no matter why, no matter when.   Thank you then, now and any tomorrows all I am may be given.
