Life has been so good for so many as I am out here looking to book my next concert for just some good down to earth fun and realize how much tickets are I am humbled that I can go buy the albums and stay safe all while still loving the talent specific individuals charge just to be in a space they are.   So glad that so many can do that, and others pay.   We are to live life and if that is what brings whatever happiness means awesome.  I personally would rather get on a ship or take a trip and just see things I have never seen before and make memories.

 

Keep me awake Jesus!

Jesus it is time for all sleepers to wake!

In a time that the world is suffering I cannot feverously go sit on a lawn for 60$ bucks or pay 200-400 hundred to be up a little closer.

 Kudos to them and those that will.   Glad they have the heart to shake it off and do so.

 

No matter what God is in control, and he will work out all things as they should be.  Or even why he has me tapping out what I just learned when going to buy tickets.

My prayer I never get so caught up chasing the latest and greatest and ever lose my hearing when God speaks.  Or lose my focus and just do whatever because it feels good for a few minutes until it doesn’t, and I realize that am destroyed.

Be it my words, my actions, my thoughts a constant battle to not chase that free flow and desires that allow you to move on feeling and not by logic or truth.

I need work especially on my filter and what comes out of this vocal box of mine.

 

Sometimes life just happens and most days I struggle to really listen first before responding.

It is so easy to finger point at my own being, or for/towards others.  But that is not what it means to really live-in harmony.  At least not for me.

We all got a story; we all got a name.   No matter what you or I do or did; God will always love us all just for who we are.   We just need to call out to him through his son Christ Jesus.

 

I wish I could be that little fortune teller with the crystal ball to show you what your life would be like having Jesus walk with you daily for every choice you go to him to be made.    More importantly what your face looks like on those days when you had prayed for something, and you see it come to life or you realize He really is who he is for more than historical accounts have written or spoke.

For years some time back, I use to write up the weekly prayer list until it got too close and everyone, I knew was going through something.   However just seeing so many praises coming back was more than that made up fairy tale and the cost was that to just really believe.

Yes, there were and still are some great losses along the way.   But the priceless impacts that they made on so many lives including my own before they left this world and/or still do today.  No words could ever be enough to speak the truth about the blessings of Christ Jesus and Father God when you have the Holy spirit deep in your veins. 

So, on those days where I really want to do, be, try may my God always remind me who I am in Him and may I always remain faithful.  Not just by words, or deeds.  But deep in truth, spirit and all His will, allows me to be.  

Now in this season of advent or any other season that I and every other human spirit will walk through.  Mary did you get to know?  Did you get to have that glorious proud mother moment with your Babyboy at all before he went to the cross for a world that will never appreciate and hold gratitude outside of what we can get here and now?   Yet, you watched him suffer and die to come back to life. And he the great “I Am” who has the greatest plan outside of all that humanity wants, does, is, or ever will be.

Thank you for your sacrifice in having to let go.  May we all be as strong as you were. 

Thank you, Jesus, for being a willing obedient son to the father of all creation. 

To explain wanting that love from the outside in that you fill inside out; no one could ever fill me up as you do.  Thank you for not giving up on me.  As we so often give up on ourselves.

Thank you for this new day!

Wake all I am connected and let them know who You are Jesus!

When we believe in anything we easily speak about it, reflect it and allot of times when we find ourselves caught off guard in someone’s reaction or understanding of what we believe.  Well sometimes we find ourselves in defense mode and now days more and more it is full on battle mode before we even get started. 

Thankfully Jesus has allowed my walls to come down and I am not so much on defense as I get older like I once was.  Yes, those who know me will say, nope my walls are higher than most mountains.   However, my walls today are truly different then the bricks that were once who blocked or triggered who I had to be in different situations.

 

So, listening to this speaking truth, how true it really is to understand happiness is circumstantial.   The depth of Joy and peace is eternal and if you are not grounded or depending on what you believe in. Well, it really matters.   And we all believe in something.  Prayerfully everyone is blessed to be surrounded by those who are humble and know Christ personally and keep you accountable.   However, I know that is not true as well.

Yet just because you do not have someone on the same path and journey you are on; it does not mean you cannot have brothers and sisters in Christ to help you through.   Just in prayer, just in listening, just getting you tapped in, just sitting next to you!

If you sit back and look where you once were and where you are today.  When you realize that you should have never been able to make it as far as you have.  Not just talent or career; but life itself!     Until we recognize who created the ability for us to be here.  Who allows the oxygen to fill our lungs every single moment of any day?   No matter what good, bad or indifferent is going on.   We start to understand why it is so important to have that one-on-one relationship with Jesus.     And by the way it’s a great thing when you can feel held enough to speak His name.   But its no bodies business who they imagine you are supposed to be.

 

Yes, we are all somebody priceless and worth more than anything this world has to give or take in the eyes of God.  But at the same time, we could be nothing or nobody to the world we live.   Maybe we are whatever image we allowed the world to push our talents and career ambitions into the clouds with.  Maybe we just are struggling to believe in ourselves at all and fight the demons of anxiety and doubt or even suicide.  

Prayerfully I hope not.    We all have low points throughout our days given.   But I pray that no matter what you feel, who you are, where you are at.  You know you are worth so much and someone needs you.  

They need your smile, your grace, your knowledge, your love!  If you are struggling here and now; please call upon the Lord and if you are and you are still stuck.  Please seek help be it just someone to talk to or even a professional.

There is no shame in trying to save yourself.  Especially when you meet Jesus every day right where you are for who you are.

I know in our current day things are so bad for so many.  But I can assure you I am not some wishful thinker or talker without a history of broken pieces and being pretty close to flatlined myself in my journey.

I was not born into what we call Christianity.   I lived in the world and had it chipping away and taking whatever, it could from a very early age and I can assure you that even in my youth I tried desperately to check out because I just had not purpose, had nothing, was nothing if I didn’t circle up and stay under the influence and hang with those who did it routinely.

There is nothing special about me, but I am blessed and one day woke up and called upon Jesus to come in and show me His will and way and not my own.  It took years trust me on that!  I was grown when I walked forward and do not even know why; but then remembered how I walked forward and got baptized as a kid in a room full of strangers.

The brokenness of those that are dark and evil minded left many scars on my journey and even I am sure left my own marks on my children, on my friends, and people I have connected.   And I know for sure not all of them are those that leave you smiling.

We are all human, we all have to grow forward the best we can.   Prayerfully you, me anyone we connect in passing or in our places we are blessed to go.  Will keep fighting to shine and grow forward. 

Not let negative win be it from people, places, things, circumstances. We all got to duck right and go low or fall left at times and just roll with it. 

What is your goals, what is your dreams what is it that you are really good at and what is it that you are easily taken out of your comfort zone into?  Does it happen allot, maybe it’s something God wants you to grow past and through.

Just remember the sun always shines bright at some point or another after the storms that pass.   Grasp onto that which warms your soul, those memories and just get up and do what you do again.    Jesus will always be enough, but you have to meet him to know that he truly does give you that deep peace that is unexplainable.  That when you call upon Him daily you are consumed by what you will never fully know to take credit for.   Sure, you can go off and get your doctrine in theology and really teach what the bible says.   But it just means you have been granted the opportunity to learn to teach and be held at a higher standard.   But it makes you no better or less than the ones who just somehow know in truth with Christ; He is, He was, and He always will be!

Will a relationship with Jesus stop life from happening or you getting pounded on and at times still be so weary you do not know if you can get back up.   No…

However, it fills you with that calm during any storm and sometimes it takes a little while, but you get back up and know what is does not defined you, the world and your choices or reactions to it does not define you.  Your circumstances; good or bad do not define you.

Your destiny and choices you make while you are still allowed one more tomorrow.   Define where you will be and how eternity looks.   There is a time and place for everyone and everything.    There is nothing wasted even when it hurts.  We can add to the fuel and burning up the world and everyone along the way because we hurt.  Or we can choose to be brighter, bolder in kindness and love.  Or we can just quit and forever be stuck never receiving the love we were created for and by.  

I learned this yesterday and be it in a group, alone, with your family, friends or strangers.   Just PRAY…

For the good, for the pad just pray.

Praise: "When we begin our prayer, it’s important to address God in a way that lifts Him up.  If we were to be in God’s presence, we would likely fall on our faces before Him.  This is the tie to praise and celebrate Him and all that he has done in your life.  “Humility is always the proper starting point for powerful prayer.”  

Repent: “We are broken, imperfect and sinful people.  We know this and God certainly knows it.  After our praises, we need to repent and to ask for forgiveness. This isn’t  about guilt, shame or groveling.  This is about acknowledging our sins and learning to walk differently as we follow Jesus Christ.” 

Ask: “God Teaches us “ask and you shall receive.”  Requests are common part of prayer. We often pray for family, close friends, ourselves and even our enemies. We also pray for larger issues such as our city, state, and country.  Asking properly follows Praise and Repentance.”

Yield: “Yield refers to deferring to God’s will for our lives.  Even if Jesus fervently asked not to die on the cross, but his last words were “not my will, but thine be done” Yielding is about us acknowledging that God’s plan is so much better than ours.”

Thank you to my brothers and spiritual family and some valuable understanding I received yesterday.      And no; Not that we will go to the cross, but we have to be last to be first and absolutely need to realize selflessness over selfishness.

I get it we are all not the same, we all don’t want the same things and we need to make sure our vision is clear no matter what choices we make.   We may not know what the result will be; but we can own how we react.   We do not need to be gullible and convince anyone of anything including ourselves when it comes to thinking it is our job to do anything to make anyone change how they act, speak, or believe.   Plant the seeds of hope, light, beauty and be done with it.  Most importantly step away from those, that are doing things that will ultimately harm them or do harm others.

None of us need to do damage to anyone or take from anyone to have worth in this world.   Just unfortunately many do think that way and some even make games out of it.

Anyway, thank you Jesus for this day that I have been given and made it through.    Your will not my own. Cause you know I am a hot mess, and I would be right in the frying pan trying to serve up my own heart’s desires.   May your love and will flow through these veins as long as I am given and more importantly may your will fill up all I am connected in their hearts, their choices, they abilities in thanksgiving, in peace, in harmony and the abundant mercy and grace. For all that flows through this soul.  May I never stop counting my miracles in every breath I am given.

Man, when that love washes over and through you and just never goes away!  It does not matter if the hurt and pain consume you as once you reach the other side and look back and know it is still in the very depths of our soul.   You just know making it dangerous  and keeping you on the move, so you do get caught up and burn.

Jesus how do you do it!   Unconditional love for all people all the time not just when things are going well?  In fact, how you weep for every soul lost and wandering.     Those who come to find you so close to the end you dance with them as they transport over all the while the others that stepped away; how do you handle the hurt God of all that this world brings?

Be it a battlefield of the mind, the spirit is forever at war.  Being we are fighting to survive in the world, or we are fighting to get through all that pounds on us every single day.   May we all learn to cling to you and your word Jesus.

We can speak it or think it to life no matter when, who or why!

I am no authority, in fact so very unqualified and so many chipped and broken edges floating around.  Anyone that ever reads any pieces of me get a glimpse of that at any given time.

Blessed beyond all and any deserving.   Every day given no matter if anything transpires or nothing transpires.  Still blessed another day like this one; to get up and find, be, do, make, change or be an opportunity of anything and everything that shines bright and allows growth every step forward.   For you, for those who are coming up behind you.   For selfish or selfless reasons. 

We all get to choose.

Filling my head 24/7 with anything and everything positive heck yes.    Anything that can keep my spirit from dying and wanting to just be done.    There is always so much sadness and heartache in such a vast universe we have.    So many spirits like electrical currents flowing through the world and well look around as they short circuit.

 

I will never know what I could be as know what is and what was.   Thankfully I met Jesus and he makes it enough.

I remember for years I wanted to be a motivational speaker.   Just to share all of the life experiences I survived through and get them out there so people knew they were not alone and that they could choose and learn and grow differently.      Today well everything is so instant.  The world is so over stimulated with all that is morally unhealthy and maybe it was always there but it somehow now in the terms of man is said to be okay.

I know it may be controversial but really what you do is your business.  However, stop forcing all your choices down the throat of the universe with things such as gender neutrality, or open relationships, or how you make your living by allowing the world to look at you like just a piece of meat that will be tossed out for the vultures soon.

I am not perfect in fact far from it struggling with my own judgements and even that of sometimes looking up and wondering what the heck.

Constantly seeking forgiveness and healing from the father.    And yes for years dumping those twisted wires firing off at times and short circuiting on this public wall for others to maybe get a smile or a small step in a direction that helps them get back up.    Or not maybe just a huge belly laugh so hard they cry.

In any case this is just the pieces of me not pretending, perhaps not putting all the broken dirty details out there of every day and the journey where I face plant in my own muck; while holding on to that thread of Jesus’s robe when the days he keeps dragging me along like some child holding his leg afraid to just breathe; yet cannot let him go even if, even when.

Holding nothing back is my transparency flaw.   Yet it was made perfectly clear even when I cannot see through the mist on any given day.  Jesus saved my soul when I finally woke.   So no matter what bits in pieces make anyone laugh, cry or anything in between.    He is, He will, and always has been the saving grace through every breath you call upon His name.

I don’t have any fancy words to explain or scholarly experience to show or prove you should believe that.   I can only tell you he calls the broken and unqualified to light up the world and shines life and light through all the broken pieces as they get back up and love themselves and learn to love as he does.

In this season where nothing makes sense, or everything falls into place.  When you are reaching for your God; know the only way to get there is through the sacrifice that poured out and into who we can be.   

As this holiday season creeps up may we know that God is the reason of the season and Christ was born and the light of the world for Christmas day.   That the gift of giving is more than what debt you can bury yourself in; or even all that material life that we chase to prove we have meaning.  

Choose to get back up and pay it forward with kindness from the depths of your very being.  It does not need to be expensive.   For the true meaning of life and that one word that may save the  soul next door is priceless.   Be it a listening ear, holding a door, thank you, or even forgiving what once was.     Love who you are in the eyes of Christ!   Love others as God loved us all enough to put us in this planet to be more than what we will ever understand.

Why is it when we know, we see, we experience we still find ourselves consumed in the sadness of what is, what could be or what was?

Everything laid out to be gifted creatures of nature in or out of humanity.  Yet we find ourselves even like that in the jungle going after and the spin becoming survival of the fittest.  Or just cut us off from the world when we grow weary of the nonsense and undignified behaviors.    Fully aware of the flattery that means nothing and the so many that will say or  do just to have something they think will make them whole or numb to what really eats them alive.

Life is not fair never was, never will be.  But does that mean we must sell our souls or take the lives of others just to chase what turns us into something we no longer recognize?

Long days and watching so many around me leave me with so many questions as I wonder is that me in the reflection those little pieces of me over time that may once have been the same hurting broken angry little girl left to grow up and fight for love only to never really know what it was to be love at all until my soul was filled with all that I could never deserve!

All you say Father, all you show, all you allow to every new day you allow me up and to take that deep breath to exhale.

I wish I would have started tapping out immediately this morning when my being was woke.  Thinking I could remember your words then consumed fast and furious into the day of work.

Blessed with the promise to have more than just survival. Yet watching those we love be crippled by the battle of have and have nots and never letting go one inch of the world to seek you.

Those somedays that you just get tired of hearing so much negativity and wish things would be something normal.  Yet what is normal; so all we can do is just do the best we can keeping it real, keeping it steadfast, loyal and of moral value.

No matter what it is that you are missing, feeling hard for.  Lift up your eyes each day you have been given to get back up and know you are worth more than anything this world spinning around you can give or take.

Calm your anger, calm your rage, calm the storms with just one word.   Call out to Jesus!

The glue, the hand up, the everything or nothing at all.   We would not exist without the sacrifice of God and his being in Christ Jesus.

So no matter how good it gets or how much we collect.   In the blink of an eye.  It can be taken away; they can be taken away.  Just like that.

I use to be angry for everything and everyone who has hurt my pride, my heart, my soul, my being.   Used to be angry and chasing whatever it took to numb the world out or work it away.

Used to spend too much time trying to chase reasons why they happened.

One day I realized nothing happens without a purpose even if any of us will never understand it. 

 

But anyway, this girl is tired.   And needing to go stretch so I can do an airport run in the wee hours of the morning.

Life goes on no matter what we feel unless we just allow it to consume us.

As I sit here with a fur baby trying to make me pet them and running out of energy to think.   I wish whoever reads this chatter a blessed Christ filled abundantly loving day or evening!
