  All that which comes at you good bad or indifferent is the way of our world.  Let’s flip that switch as soon as someone is riding our bumper and we are already ten miles over the speed limit or even just walking through a mall and someone looks at your man or woman.  

What about when you had enough of being tied down with so much hurt, habits and hang-ups just trying to get by day to day.

What happens when we cut loose and free ourselves from the bondage that keeps us tied up. 

We hope, we love, we live, we laugh.    But for all that is lasting, or do we allow ourselves to grasp on to the make believe that we can easily consume of our own or that of others?

   Each day given proves me wrong and it seems the past few years have proven so many new horizons awaiting to challenge, jump in or run as fast as I can, and I don’t run from anything.  But I do run to you Jesus.

 

Running right into the mystery wanting more of you in all the truth, wonder and glory.  NEEDTOBREATHE - "Into The Mystery"   So much that I imagine and dream what it would be like to truly be loved like you love me from the inside to have someone love me like that from the outside in.

Consume me Lord from the outside in and keep me whole for the eternal prices love you paid.  Make me understand how to lead by example.    Consume Me/ Joe L Barnes  Burn in every bit of who I am Jesus. Let no flattery, no almost, change what you have given me.   Direct my steps so when your will of that forever comes knocking at my door, they know who you are and all of what blessings can and will be.    The door of my heart, mind, and spirit as you allow my soul to fly.   

May the burn in this heart always know you light the flame, and nothing will come before or after despite what this flesh dreams up.

No matter when I can barely move or running like a kid through the field playing flag football with my friends and proving girls can keep up just like the boys.    

Pushing through the pain of the brokenness of what I push this body then, now and I am sure in the future all the emotional pieces that have broken off and lost in the cosmic journey that I have been on.  Even When It Hurts (Praise Song) Live - Hillsong UNITED   Despite the trolls, unknowns, or biggest loves let downs of those right next to me on this road or right in what was once something called a home.       

The losses will never be replaced.    Sudden loss of friends and loved one’s that maybe even five minutes before we hugged, laughed, chatted.    Or the inevitable for the blessing of aging when that day comes that living soul cannot go any longer and it is their time.

May I find a way to just breathe and praise you even if it hurts.

As I can barely move this day and I get back up trying to go fill that gap, make that change, and be what you call me to be.

My heart bleeds out and weeps for all that do not personally know you in spirit, in life and have that eternal bond with you Jesus.    As I lay naked on the floor flooded for all those who are consumed by the darkness and even those unknowns that fear tries to creep in and steal the hope and possibilities for those so beloved.       Even what about me those moments I believe but have no proof and am forced to keep moving.  You Lord thankfully, keep me in the moment.  No, I don’t want to miss what you have for me.   Keep me and teach me, lead me for all is real for this one shot I am allowed back up.   Keep Me In The Moment - Jeremy Camp

The lost toxic world we live in where our children before us and after us will grow up ready to ignite at the blink of an eye.   So much we want, so much we have had done, with so much more to do in life; if only we just let go what was and count the blessings of what can be.

Somebody like you Jesus as I am out here wishing and wanting somebody like you while this little nobody dreams on dreams big and sometimes realizes just how blessed each day given is when so many just do not get it.

Thank you, Lord, for the pain when I over do it.  Lessons when I get into things that teach me hard.  When I dream to love and love on those who dream.

 

If only we could live for the moment every second, we are alive to be the love you sacrificed for the better and harmony in such a noisy static filled world.

It’s been a very long time that I have freely wanted to chase feelings.  In fact, learning over the year when I go in; I am all in and how badly it hurts whenever those misguided interpretations of what I thought others would think as we are playing house for a weekend or years when I am dedicated, and they are moving to whatever else they can consume.

How things changed when I realized I never needed anything or anyone.   But it was a choice that I wanted to share the love, laughter and each day and the unknowns with.    It was when you God after the many screaming matches, I had at you, when you  showed me my worth.   It was knowing this broken kid who was burning herself up all her life running away of what was never yet calling it chasing.  All the while trying to fill the gaps and find that were never filled until I let you in.

No, it is not some brainwashed mumbo jumbo.    In fact, you have to experience your spiritual growth on your own.   You can chase, follow or be allot.  But nothing can tell you or make you understand how your spirit changes until you acknowledge your journey with Christ yourself and alone.

I can tell you moments in my life that I knew I was being called.   But cannot tell you the day that I woke and just knew I would starve to death if I did not keep feeding my soul with all that is light, all that is truth and all that gives hope.

We have been through much in our lives.  We all have demons in our closet and absolutely battles getting lost in the sandbox trying to find ourselves and if we on the edge filled with judgement and so much advise, judgement and even game for those we are allowed to connect.   All the while we forget to seek what spirit will lead our own journey to the exit gates when the time comes.

Like dancing or trying to in a world so full of this and that we lose the rhythm to the beats that we have known all our lives.  Sometimes out of step, taking on too much, or shutting down unable to take on anything at all.   Wanting that affirmation and love from our fellow brothers and sisters of the Lord’s creation.   Yes, I do believe we were breathed to life from the dust that God spoke.  From dust we came dust we will return.   We were and are made for something greater than what see and hear of the world we are given.    We constantly chase accolades fame and fortune losing ourselves and getting caught up some point each day in some bureaucratic misguided argument with others or even our own inner beings as we lose our purpose for what we are chasing.

Then what if that fame that fortune; that which we pour ourselves into fades away.   What if we stood up to be our own person and not what is managed and enslaving to the world?

I know not going to happen.  Its all about chasing money, acquiring the toys that someone else plays with when we are gone.  Or others steal and destroy fighting over.

Its crazy the perspectives and what we see in the salt and light in what can be lost and dark.

You, Jesus, know my story before it ever taps out in pieces of me on paper or any day you have given.  May I always do my best to dance in your love.   With or without that forever.   Consume me into all that is good even when the messiness seems this is the last word, and no good messages transpire.     Let me hear you boldly through all you allow to speak.

 

Intense in the misguided intentions even when they are good sometimes, we are just lost chasing who we are, who we want to be or who the world says we should be.    Lord may I always be the child created in the image of you wanting so much more of all that you sacrificed for this world to be.

So, as I work through what hurts or the discomfort of the unknown healing and all that I may have missed.  As I work through the story lines of empty promises and disappearing acts of those who just do; or those who have not yet shown.   Even that of which I have recklessly took on and now strain to heal.  As I binge this or watch that, spinning rooms completely around.  Cleaning up trying to be found in what is lost.   Jesus please just be~

Be with me and all I am connected.

Be what the universe sees in the bold beautiful rainbow.

Be the bold colors in the freshly bloomed flowers.

Be the heat in the compassion and love given.

Be the comfort in the loss we all will experience.

Show us, show me how to be the one that steps up, stepping out.

Show us how to be that one that can light the path ahead even if a flicker.

Show the universe who you are; come rain down on us showing the world just how beautiful you intended it to be; even when you knew we would make a mess of all things given.

Thank you for this new day, come what may in my feelings, beliefs, or actions.  Speak to my soul and direct my steps, guard my mouth, my fingers and guide me to lead by the example the future of life can!

 

Love all those I love, comfort all that are suffering and heal this land Father God.  May I never stop learning to trust you in all things.

I need that joy, joy, joy down in my heart to stay!    The only way I have that is with you Jesus.  Believing, hoping, wanting all you lived, breathed to life, suffered, and died for.   Peace indescribable when the world around us seems so broken, racist and beyond hateful at times.

We get to choose what kind of relationships we want to groom, or allow our own beings be groomed by.

We get to play in the sandbox and believe in those that are out for their own human selfishness or surround ourselves up and try to get some of the growth those beautiful seeds growing in God’s garden through the son Jesus Christ and all he wanted for humanity.

Love, Mercy and Grace.  Priceless and fully available starting with our own beings and all that we connect.

Mean spirited, harmful, toxic people did not come into the world to be so.   Unfortunately, at the hands of others they were molded, broken, and made to believe in the darkness.

 

Yes, there is some mental illness in the world, chemical imbalance, and many needing counseling if not medication.  While others just need love and someone to listen.

Many times, people will just walk on by and not give the time of day if it does not mean something for them.    Others try to fix what is not theirs to be mend.    

Like the hamster on the wheel, we all get stuck in our what next at times even if we do not admit it because we do not want anyone to know we are not perfect, fine, or perfectly fine in the world we live.

Only God is perfect and no matter if you choose to believe it or not, just like the wind blows and you only see what it moves; is real.    As is the God that holds the universe in his hands.

 

What if we all started to believe in the power of prayer and instead of talking about all that is wrong with one person, place, or thing; We genuinely prayed?

What if we stop trying to change people that do not want to be changed; if they did, they would make the efforts and fight hard and forward for what they want.   What if we plant the seeds of hope, opportunity where to go for change and prayed?

What if those little things that set me off stayed at the foot of the cross and I believed in God’s timing and not my own playing that spiritual tug of war giving it to him then pulling it back to fix in my own time?

It hurts like hell to watch those you love dearly hurt and go through things and they do not have it together like a parent would want for their babies.     It hurts like hell to constantly absorb all the unfairness of how people genuine and true work with all they have and do right in the eyes of society and even have that deep faith relationship with Christ and Father God.   Yet it seems they are always layered up with brokenness or stuff that sets them back from just being able to breathe freely. 

  All the while the groomer is out stealing and offending innocence.  The hustler is always seeming to get ahead at the expense of others.     The thief is stealing right in front of us and taking people, places, things, even our identities to be something they are not or do not deserve according to our standards.

What they are taking does not belong to us even if we spent 900 hours working hard for it or 9000 dollars.     Everything we are given is a loan on life and although I myself am weary for those who take advantage and harm the future of many.     God is in control; and has given each one of us the ability to choose what we will do for what is in our reach next.

 

Thank you, Jesus, for this new day of opportunities and the 10,000 reasons we can purpose and find to be alive and make this day we are given count.  It may not seem like it when we find ourselves unemployed; homeless; sick physically or emotionally.  

When it seems, we are surrounded but so alone or even not fitting into the mold the world has created.    When people do not understand who we are or how we feel.   When judgment and all that hate, or matter of fact must be creates those who thought would love us to the end to turn their back because we no longer fit their expectations.

How do we find the Brave new world we are to believe in when we do not have something filled with hope and mercy to guide us?

When the static and noise block out the abilities for even the most hated to hear you Jesus.   May those you have chosen be the voice to calm the storms and allow your rain to wash through each and every soul.

May those fighting to belong, fighting for the rainbow, or fighting to just be something come to know you will fight for every soul who believes and calls upon your name.

Be it the real-life nightmares that shake us awake at night and we share out; but no one listens or dreams in the day.    You Jesus will never stop fighting for those who call upon you.   Even when we cannot see it, feel it or be what we think it should be.

When the empty promises in the dark flow like rivers no matter if it something or nothing all may we, may I purpose to be even a flicker of light on the path we are journeying.

 

Just when we think our plans are in order, we got it down things can change.    Those that were at the top are now at the bottom.  Those who spent years in college and tons of money are in the unemployment line or flipping burgers.   Those who had what they say everything now are considered the least of these.    Even when those who are considered to have come from nothing or are nothing become the difference the world needs.   

You are our rescue story that is ever lasting; that which we no longer feel empty and find the need to fill voids that just never seemed full before we called upon you each day, we are allowed up Jesus.

Yes, we still dream; yes, we still desire and live good, bad, or indifferent.   But you get us and allow us to be alive, never giving up on us.     Allowing us to know the only thing we need is the one to whom we belong, the one to whom we are created in the image of.  God alone!

Thank you, Jesus, for this new day.   No, I won’t be made useless, there is never a moment wasted when we put our efforts in.  So, what if?  What if the real you never transpires?  What if it is what it is and nothing more, nothing less?

 

In the end the race we run is the one we finish.  So, as we are down for the count dehydrated and starving for all we may never get.   Use the hands that are given to pray, call, cry out to the one that God sent before us; the one that we make famous through out eternity and not just fifteen minutes of fame the world allows.

Legends no they never die.  But what if the legend on the screen or stage was not the only prize worth fighting for.  What if we love ourselves deeper and for so much more than what can be bought?    

All the beauty and temporal pleasures are wonderful and fulfilling at times and even more times leaving us wishing and wanting.   But you Jesus give that something, that everything in all the times of nothing.

Religion, cults, chasing paper, chasing demons, or consumed by all of it.    There is more in the nothingness then surrounded by the emptiness of everything stocked, stacked, and waiting for someone to come steal whatever can be carried off without notice.

The grass is only greener on the other side of that fence because someone is working to keep it watered.     You do not have to get into the weeds to manage your own oasis.    

Love wide open is not the empty promises or the acknowledgement you are blessed for a season in life.  Every season change and every blessing changes; and is that beauty from the inside out or just the façade of all the colors you were given to create where you got caught up in what really never matters in the end.

Leaving that legacy to grow forward and be part of a future.  What history book do you think your todays will end up landing?      Are you making the world a better place or just so consumed in your little vessel given that it is all about the skin you are traveling within?

We in this 21^st century are so confused, changing who we want to be more than we change our underwear.   

 Angry and hateful over what we never really come to know; yet just jumping on that bandwagon to be part of the most popular ride.

Tired and worn out when it comes to trying to believe in others, when it was never supposed to be my job in the first place.     So hard to not want to really love others; especially when they have that lovable spirit drawing you in.   Forgetting the boundaries until you make it to the other side of who they really are and know you love them but all the broken pieces of their own will cut you deeper than any of what you have already done to yourself.

Keeper of my Soul Jesus the one and only worthy to be famous even when the land is desolate, and the desert oasis was just a confused façade from being out in the sun too long.

Magnify your son Jesus in all I am connected, every path I walk, every door I open.   May you shine brighter than all that glitters.  Magnify your will, your love, your hope deep within all I am as all that bold, bright empty promises of the world will be.

You alone have taught me to love myself, giving me life when I had none.     

 

For all the prayers you have answered.  Thank you, Jesus!   

For all the prayers you said no or not yet; Thank you, Jesus!

For all I do not understand, not yet believe, or know; Thank you Jesus!

May I drown in you and your love the only prize worth fighting for.

All the tomorrows come what may.

All the yesterday’s here I am blessed one more day.

None of it matters with out the love and hope in you.

As I put the physical and emotional armor on each day.   May I be worthy of your salvation for all the undeserving mercy and grace you wash over me in hope and eternal yearning.

It does not matter who gets it.    Just you Father God.  If all you are is all there is.  Make it so; yet if you choose to bless me, may I be my best self in love, and all I got to give back what you so freely bless.

Heal this being.

Heal all I am connected.

Heal this land as the drought is real and so many souls are lost to the vultures and demons of Satan’s sandbox.   

Come I need you; this world needs more of you than humanity will ever figure to be.

May we focus on you Jesus.  Stop being so wrapped up in our own rules forgetting who you are and will always be?

All we are here and now is temporal, on loan from you.  The repayment of that loan is to believe and walk with you and all that is good, all that is lasting, all that is love.  

Jesus, forgive me and all that I sin against you and those I am alive with.    May each day given bring new meaning, new hope so that anything seen in me is the love you gave so freely for all.

Lord as I work through this day given.  May none of the pettiness others throw my way stick and may I not get caught up on that which just isn’t valuable for my growth.

May no negativity rent space in my head and may the facts be the facts and let go of what should not be and hold on all your possibilities.     May I know the difference and if I do not; teach me keeper of all I am.
