This is what the Sovereign LORD, the Holy One of Israel, says:  “In repentance and rest is your salvation, in quietness and trust is your strength, but you would have none of it.”

 

 

2 Corinthians 12:9 AMP

But He said to me, My grace (My favor and loving-kindness and mercy) is enough for you [sufficient against any danger and enables you to bear the trouble manfully]; for My strength and power are made perfect (fulfilled and completed) and show themselves most effective in [your] weakness.  Therefore, I will all the more gladly glory in my weaknesses and infirmities, that the strength and power of Christ (the Messiah) may rest (yes, may pitch a tent over and dwell) upon me!          

 

 Daily Journal/Thoughts/ Prayers (my perspectives and/or feelings):

 

 

You never stop amazing me Lord.  Thankful I am up and at it again this day.  As I started out looking around and just feeling that need to get busy.  

 

Seeing things with more of an OCD view today.  It seemed no matter where I was looking my vision reflected so much that needed to be done.

 

Yet you remind me as I was going through my daily devotional to just be still in you.   That every little thing will be alright and better than alright to just find silence and stillness in you and not to plan more to do, to solve, to make better or to resolute, to anything.

 

No conversations to prove what is right or wrong; no action items to fix, put back together, organize, or just clean up.   Even if things are not how if were just me would look like.

 

Oh, how I would love to just go through this shelter given top to bottom.   Renovating, cleaning, organizing.  Not fret when those that are blessed with a roof over their head come running through like a bull in a china closet.   

 

Worse yet rarely seeing their lack of care and respect for what is blessed to them and leaving things to everyone else.

 

Consume me Lord

As you have opened the door reminding me.  Consume me from the inside out.

Lord may we all come to know who you are and that you are worth of a far more than anything anyone of us will ever be able to give, do or say.

 

Each day given is a blessing.

Each moment we spin in feelings, actions that will make or break or just keep us so busy.

 

Be with me and all I am connected Father God.  More importantly may we acknowledge you spiritually when we sit at your feet.

 

May this mind be turned off and redirected to be, to do what matters most.    Letting go of what should not be; letting go of what robs us from the peace and ability to grow forward in and with you.

 

You Lord have allowed us to be we are worthy of your Love and Life ever after.   May we stop and learn how to be with you through all things.

 

As many will care not to even try and understand; just as long as they get what they want or do what they came to do.   While others remain loyal or lost.   Who knows maybe were all lost?

 

Lord, thank you for the reminders to be still in and with you. 

 

You know all things; hear this heart.   Thank you for this day and the beauty in so much unknown.

 

As the true colors come out of personalities like silent temper tantrums, at least hopefully.  Hopefully, we are not letting the rudeness and disrespect flow freely when we do not hear what we want to hear, get what we want to get or even just done with what is or is not.

 

Finding myself while trying not to be consumed by this world and all those within.  Trying not to become one that feeds the demons all the while working through what I wish, pray, desire, just want.
