23 For the wages of sin is death, but the gift of God is eternal life in[a] Christ Jesus our Lord.
(@Jesus Calling 365 Devotions with Real-Life
Stories @Sarah Young)
WOW!
Just a glimpse of what is speaking to me this morning. “This is the time in your life when you must learn to let
go: of loved ones, of possessions, of
control. In order to let go of something
that is precious to you, you need to rest in MY Presence, where you are
complete. Take time to bask in the Light
of My Love. As you relax more and more,
your grasping hand gradually opens up, releasing your prized possession into my
care.”
Psalm 89:15 Blessed are those who have learned to acclaim
you, who walk in the light of your presence, O Lord.
Hebrews 13:8 Jesus Christ is the same yesterday and today
and forever.
Isaiah 41:13 “For I am the LORD, your God, who takes hold
of your right hand and says to you, Do not fear; I will help you.”
Daily
Journal/Thoughts/ Prayers (Thinking out loud)
Crazy day yesterday
and yes, I should have had this devotion the night before. As I stayed up far too late working on
something and then just in the back of my head knowing I was going for the
Covid vaccine#1.
There is always some thought of what if
everything changes and I am no longer able to be me, and how I have come to
terms everything in this world is temporary even me. My family, my friends and anyone I come in
connection with. All of it, all of us
belong to the Lord who created us.
All that we have all
that we do all that we think we can be is in the hands of the Jesus Christ and
God the Father looking down upon us.
Knowing this does not
stop anyone of us from going through the storms or bewilderment of any moments
that occur in life. Be it how you feel
for those around you, those you may lose or even those that some how you came
in connection and ended up missing pieces, broken or even scarred for life.
But as the devotion
went on to say reminding me; by the way here I am with just a sore arm for
anyone wondering. No side effects
thankfully so and still here blessed another day.
The devotion hit home and if only we could
lock in before we let anything weigh on us.
“You
can feel secure, even in the midst of cataclysmic changes, through awareness of
My continual Presence. The one who never
leaves is the same One who never changes: I Am the same yesterday, today,
and forever. As you release more and more things into My care, remember
that I never let go of your hand. Herein
lies your security, which no one and no circumstance can take from you.”
So, what a way to get
the week started planning and doing all those hard things filled with so much
uncertainty and getting them out of the way.
Even if they do leave you to feel a little bit of pain. During the process of whatever that it maybe
we can hold tight to the hand of God.
And when we are on the other side, we will see He was with us through it
all.
Yes, we may end up
with missing pieces or even some extra one’s that we just do not know what to
do with. However, give it all back to
the one who allows us to be in the first place. Meet God right where you are by getting to know
and communicating with Christ Jesus.
What can it hurt if
you are wrong you still have to go through whatever lies ahead? But if I am right and for me I am. We are filled with a greater peace and
strength that helps us to at times even just breathe. Breathe @Michael
W. Smith
Either way the peace
and blessings I have found since meeting Jesus and making him a part of my days
is a blessing beyond anything I can describe.
And I will take that wherever I am allowed to journey.
I hope all that I am
connected will one day get it too.
Finding freedom in
the truth and peace, even if in the smallest things matter! Found My Freedom @I Am They ft. Matthew West
I have found my freedom in this world, in this
mind, in everything I know when I found Jesus. Who has been with me long before
I looked around; and wish I could say I said hello and introduced myself! However,
it was more like coming to terms with this life when I would wonder and hold
conversations with friends and strangers what my purpose in life was for. Then one day in a huge battle of reality
fighting and screaming at God asking him just what he wanted from me. I could not take anymore. Nothing was working and anything I did then
to numb or get through just did not work. One thing is for sure with or without walking with
God through his son Jesus Christ.
Always be careful of what you wish for or wish on others.
More importantly
always know; NO one will ever love you like God does. Who Can @Cochren & Co.
We all get to choose
and our choices matter; no matter how we get to where we are.
Hopefully, we all
know we can make it.
Hopefully, we all dig
deep and do not quit and just keep getting back up even if we have not made
that relationship yet. But what changes
everything is when the storms are calmed deep within and the battle you know is
under control and in the hands of the Lord.
That you know Jesus will never let you go under without taking you some
where else better and more beautiful. Walk on Water @Elevation Rhythm Song Session
I can chase tails,
running myself in the ground being fed up, burnt out, overwhelmed from all I
cannot do, or I have done wrong according to the world standards. Or even all the disrespect that flies through
and around me at any given day. No, it
does not have to be a known bad person.
It can come right from those you care about most. Or even when you are breaking because you see
they are hurting and stuck and cannot connect at the level you have made I to.
We all have
stuff. Does not matter how big a star
or celebrity or how much power you have in a roll you have taken on. Does not matter how much money you have, or
do not have.
Every living soul on
this earth has stuff they have made it through, are going through, or are
getting ready to go through.
Lord as my prayer
this day is, they lay it all down at the foot of the cross and meet Jesus there
every day for the rest of the days they are given on this earth and they truly,
madly and deeply fall in love with you as you have with everyone of your creation. Truly, Madly, Deeply @Savage Garden
Heal us Lord, guide us and let us lay down in
the water or stand on that mountain with all that you bless us with and
for.
Thank you for this
day and any that have come to pass and any I may have yet to come. All that I am is yours~ As you
make all things work together. Thank
you! Canvas and Clay @Pat Barrett ft. Ben Smith
