May we never
be star struck but to the one who hangs the stars, sun, and moon in the great
beyond atmosphere. Jesus Steal the thunder
and shake this world to know the truth.
If I am delusional
so, be it to be riding that wave of something better than what those who come
to steal, use up or even break in us while we journey here and now.
None of us
really know who we are going to see at the gates. But we will!
Though everything
happens for reasons beyond our understanding or purposely driven. None of us should be sitting around wasting
time trying to figure out why things happen they way they did when they left us
bleeding out trying to find our way back up or even just to breathe.
When you
need to find strength to get back up.
When you want to believe in something real and relevant to you. Find the truths that give you what you
need but know not everyone, not everything will be there by you as they say, or
even sometimes act out and pretend to be.
I choose
Jesus Christ and the God of all things and the story that has been told for centuries
and written unchanged to the truth and even modern-day miracles in my own life
and those of and in this world.
So yes, we
all get to choose. But know your choice
of good and evil, light, and dark leads you to what is behind the door when it
is your time to check out.
Crazy this
mind maze and all that just wants to flow out at times. Gone are the days of writing that beautiful
romance love story where the queen always gets her king in the end.
God our one
true king gave his son Christ Jesus as the Prince of Peace and love so bold, so
deep, so ambitious. That if we choose
to live in dreams or fairy tale worlds we
will always be broken, let down and deceived.
That beauty
of passion that you feel for miles apart, that hunger like an addict needing
the next drug fix. None of it will
ever be enough.
So, we set our minds-eye on things that do not
make sense to others. We reach for
something unchanging and proven without the fragile possibility of being
consumed one more time by those who just were because they can.
As we look
around and see those who most likely were, yet we have no way to confront the
demons just to look them face to face and know who they are, what they are,
what they do only matters for those they are breaking piece by piece.
In the end
all they do, all they did. All the cuts
they left for others will piece by piece peel away from their very souls as
they watch and consume the very fire they spelled out on others.
The question
is will they seek redemption first or will the rotten fruit be taken from then
one by one as what they thought they loved be taken away for the unfinished
misdeeds they never really understood darkness would bring and perhaps haunt
them through out eternity with.
Lord show us
all how to find purpose in the pain and worship you and all you are.
Show us the error of our ways before too many
are hurt or scarred into that unfixable mental state to love as you created us
to be for.
I know Lord
you alone are greater than all things of this world. You alone fight for those who believe and
cling to your hope and get back up trusting in what mercy and grace should be.
Even in the
darkness, even in the light you alone will never hate or despise the life you want
for so much more.
May we know
just who we are in and with you?
Though the
love and never-ending fairy tale of my own heart, mind be vanquished to the
unknown. Though the tears of what could
be get wiped away. It is you through
all the darkness that carries me out of the fires. Never alone, sometimes shown what I will
never understand. Always held by the
promise of what your tomorrow could be.
No matter
what could be, what will be you would be the very being that gives air in these
lungs allowing one more moment of hope, peace, and love to come to be.
No one has
to understand who I am. But all should
know who you are Jesus!
Show yourself.
Show us who
we really are in you.
Show us what
love, life, and healing in the light never to be afraid of the dark really is.
No hiding,
no crying. Truth, understanding,
purpose, and most of all forgiveness to allow us to just breathe again with
you.
Give me strength
Jesus as I travel to the unknown not knowing what to expect. Guide my path in you. Protect this being, this soul most of all
what is in the depths of me hold tight and never allow anything other to do
what has been done ever again. Your
will Father God. For my very existence and
all I am connected.
Until I am
able guard this heart, this spirit this very being for all you wish it to be.
