Nope, no way can I
tell you why. Sometimes our choices are
just that and I cannot tell you why we/I stay, go. Want, don’t want. Fight, ignore, or just chasing the spin cycle
of life that gets so out of control. We
all have those desperado moments even if we refuse to admit it openly.
Standing on the
truth. Though I fear nothing openly. Deep inside I could cry at the drop of a hat
knowing those precious moments that will be gone forever and there is nothing I
can do but be thankful for the time I was allowed to have the memories created.
Want absolutely
every soul no matter what they stand up for or fight for believes in
something. I believe in the power of
the blood of Jesus Christ that was, is and always will be. Although science can be very cool, I am
not into all that big bang theory where there was this great explosion and apes
were created and then evolution spun, and humanity was born.
We all get to
choose and believe period! Nope I am not
that theologian, nor do I want to be. I
can share life, experience, and leave those who dedicated to diving in the archaeology
and historical truths to share their findings leading truth into the future. And I will challenge and question what I am
learning and know my own miracles and truths. I will not get caught up in the debates of
he said, she said and what you can pull off of the internet be it google or
social media to shame someone else out there trying to plant the seed of life
and hope in Jesus Christ.
We all get to
choose and just as for the past 20 years I choose Jesus openly and desperately I
will choose to be held by all I know and hope anyone and everyone I am
connected find Him through all the good, all the bad and all the unknowns.
I have way too many
other things to chase and allow worry to consume me with just surviving day to
day to debate political agendas or religious beliefs. I will stand by you where and when I can
to help keeping you upward and forward fighting for life. But do my best not to get caught up in
things that rob us from precious moments we are given to live; that we will
never get back.
Love well it is a
verb… Actions speak louder than all
words that can ever be written. Even if
sometimes we are allowed to share that glimpse of a dream we wish or want or
even those of what may have once been something beautiful for others no longer in
flight.
Yet the best love
story ever is through all the deception, death, destruction God showed his need,
want and gift of love and life through His son Jesus and Christ himself. Well, he did not have to die for us. He could have been like any other human on
this planet and ran, hid behind his ego and personal beliefs and well I guess
we would never be right.
So, the greatest
love story of all is that written more than 2000 years ago that still lives
today when we believe and share the spirit, we allow to come dwell in the
depths of our own journeys. My only
weapon of survival is knowing the very breath I have been given came from the
God of a universe that has no clue even when the most educated, most wealthy. Size, color, or really even what we think
matters. Not when it comes to life itself
as we are allowed to come in this world with nothing and we will leave with
nothing.
His presence and
the need and desire deep within is the only thing that allows me back up to see
what may come each day allowed.
But enough of those
deep thoughts or perspectives of always me just opening the gates of this mind
maze. I am just a spec of dust someday
to blow away and be no more. For now, I
am part of a beautiful canvas that the colors change like child’s kaleidoscope
with beautiful breath-taking colors and images that we can never get enough of when
focused on the image. Yet as soon as
something makes a noise or gets our attention we look away and run outside the blurred
lines into the unknown.
Walking with Jesus
carries me through all the pain, all the process and all that which robs us of
those moments we will never get back.
Never does it stop us where we think of our loved ones and the hurts,
the habits, and even great losses so soon.
Yet filling us with a rhythmic harmony into the depths of all we just
want everyone to feel from the outside inward as we ourselves are bursting from
the inside out that indescribable undeserving love and mercy through all our
imperfections.
Play it safe, be a
good human, plant the seeds of hope and light even when we are at times going
through the darkest times of our human life.
Even when we think we are golden until that glass shatters and we realize
exactly where life is without something beautiful to hold onto. We are all dead men and women walking. Some of us just have not recognized it and made
the choice to really want to live for eternity yet.
One thing is for
sure scars come with living no matter who we are, what we believe. Sometimes we find that soul that together
you fight forward no matter how much you dislike or fall in or out of love you
fight together. Others are left broken,
and many are just cruising and living vicariously through everyone else and
dreams that will never be.
So many different
levels of love and loyalty we hold for our homies, our offspring, our lovers in
the night. Yet only one truth in what
love really means is that of Christ Jesus!
Doesn’t matter who
you are. Find your truth, your way and
friend in Him. Find the passion to want
brighter days no matter what it looks like outside. Don’t let the world take
your moments away. If he has given you a
new day. There is a new horizon full of
promise and great beauty awaiting.
Grab it and run to him as fast as you can.
