I hate when I fall
into a deep sleep and then I have weird dreams and I jump up to look around the
house to see what is really going on.
That is not the part I hate. What
I hate is when I get a call less than an hour later from family, friends or
loved ones and they are having issues.
The world is gone
mad, everyone is going through something.
You go on vacation and stay where you have been invited and the host gets
horribly drunk and flips out kicking you and your children out in the middle of
the night with no place to go. I just
shake my head but not sure if it is disgust or feeling the brokenness of this
world just prod a little deeper.
Here you are a
thousand miles away and cannot do a thing but now stay up all night and try to
figure out how to help them stay safe.
It is going to be a
coffee kind of day for sure. As my
life does not stop just because of other people trying to have a life and the
choices or lack of planning transpires.
Did I have some
kind of Superpower Lord that you allowed me to just with draw from people and
never have expectations in anyone but always work no matter how hard to do what
I needed to be where I needed or wanted to be or achieve the goals I inadvertently
set out for.
I honestly do not
get it. No, it’s not some old-fashioned
thought process. Owning your journey or
at least being fully responsible in every action, word and plan makes a
difference. What will be will be. But to blindly put yourself in harms way
when people have done you wrong in the past not caring about your children or wellbeing. To go do it again is insanity!
I know that is the
craziest response to think out loud. As
I know without you even when I get it right only here and there. My plans really have never been any better
than anyone else’s. But I am beyond
thankful I was always able to keep my children safe and the only time I was out
on the streets was growing up. And yes,
as a very young mother when the company I worked for closed down and I could not
pay my rent.
Never have I ever
take my family across the world to end up out on the streets with no where to
go in the middle of the night.
Although I do remember
landing in Waco Texas years ago in the middle of the night and going to check
in to my hotel and them telling me because a big church convention was in town,
I lost my room to them.
Leaving me to drive
around in the middle of night to find another room for the stay I was in town
for.
Where is the Humane
in Humanity I still ask over and over?
We as a society are
getting worse and so broken that we do not care what we are doing for the future
generations.
Lord Your plans
even if I cannot see them are perfect for me.
Please reflect your will and protect and guide all those I am connected!
May all the broken
pieces lead the path to great fortitude in you Jesus. Growing and finding just how important each
and every being you allow life is.
It is a beautiful
thing to have loving caring, family, and friends. Even better when you know that when you are
down and out you can rely on them without any agenda or expectations.
However, your life
has been given to you to live. So do not
put your life in the hands of others and have expectations that its gonna turn
out the way you want it. If it does
kudos, praise and gratitude. But never
ever build your life on what others do for you.
That is what I
would say if I could give any advice to anyone.
Work hard and utilize the blessings each day you are allowed back up in
growing forward and maintaining the stewardship of the life that God felt
important enough to each of us given.
And that freedom of will and freedom of choice and know even if, even
though someone else can promise you the world or even does bless you with care
and all kinds of love and shelter. Own your
blessing of life that Jesus went to that cross to seal abundant life for each
one of us to have.
You are worth more
than that this world or anyone in it gives or takes. Believe in yourself as you are priceless in
the eyes of creation, and you belong to God.
If you want to depend
on and believe in something or someone.
Start daily with Him and his son Christ Jesus and all that has been
unchanged for centuries.
Shhhh…Listen to
what the Lord says. You are loved, you
are beautiful, and you are worth so much more that what those who will tell you
what you want to hear just so they can be one up and take pieces of you until
they let their own unhealed broken pieces come out and cut everything in their
path. Including their so-called good
intentions.
When we believe
that anyone in this world can rescue us.
We are in deep trouble. Yes, many
can put band aids on the wounds, send money, pick us up, sit by us during our
healing; but only Christ can give us back life what the world chips away.
Know who you belong
to. Being committed and in love having
soul mates and living in the flesh is a blessing or curse. Guess it just depends how its going. But not one bit of the flesh is eternal. Only that of what saves our souls and gets
us back up each day can and that is God himself and to know him you must meet
his son Jesus every day you are allowed up.
It is not easy to get
back up again, and you are not ever alone even when you feel the world has you
pinned down and you just cannot breathe or want to do so anymore.
Fight forward for
the blessing life you have been given.
Do it for you do it for those littles that look up to you. Do it for just the fact of proving the world
wrong. Be your best self and have
faith your purpose through all the pain you may feel is beyond what anyone or
any empty promises can give.
