I often wonder if I will do the multiple versions of
BibleGateway’s daily verse and each time I go and look at each different but
same context. I realize we all grasp
things differently with different visuals, sounds, activities. So once again today I went with it and
although there are many variations of the verse of the day that can be
read. I highly recommend you find what
feeds your spirit and understanding and note where you need to dive deeper. In life in general.
For anyone that does not ready the bible routinely or gets
stuck find that good Bible Based church where you can meet with the Elders and
Spiritual Leaders and ask and learn.
Others may find great opportunities to learn through programs offered by
places like https://www.rightnowmedia.org/ or podcasts with
our well known speakers and teachers like In
Touch with Dr. Charles Stanley - Watch TBN - Trinity Broadcasting Network
or the many others available. Ladies there
are some great Godly facilitators and teachers with such names like Jennifer
Rothschild, Lysa Terkeurst, Christine Caine and so many others. And yes, like everything else we all have our
different styles and taste, from music
to podcasts to webinars, to in person small groups leading or attending. However, the bottom line is to find who and
what truly teaches us about Jesus and his love, mercy, and grace? Showing us who He is and what we need to grow
forward doing in the days we are given for abundant life here and now and on
the other side when our souls go back into the spiritual world. Call me weird or whatever you wish… but
bottom line is we all need to find what brings us to life each day we are
given. And many may learn and grow
through music be it old hymns or our modern-day hip-hop Christian Michael
Jackson giants in the industry or good old southern rocking us to Jesus’s heart
beating in ours. But what really
brings us to life and gives the energy to want to love and feeds your spirit
with love?
Whatever the case may be. Don’t get caught up in judging what you see
others doing or not doing. Dive in and
grow yourself and truly know the facts not just what you get a glimpse of
skimming a page or passing a tv or showing up on any Sunday. When the day shows up that you cannot
even remember how you changed but you know you did, and it is no longer about
everything that is in your circle all the while you are not out getting into
everyone else’s business or expecting anything in return. Or the fact that you realize how in love
with Jesus and everything he was, is and eternally will be. You realize you are on the path to God and
his abundant promises no matter how high the mountains or how deep the valleys
we land in or even leave this earth while still in. You will know you are homeward bound for
eternal peace and loved beyond anything this world and all its flash or
devastation marks us with.
Anyway, we all believe in something right. I believe in the power of prayer, the power
of the blood poured out and the power of diving in and just keep learning and
fighting forward.
I would like to say the diving and building that
relationship with Jesus and learning who He is would be no different than
learning how to become your future goal taking all the classes and lessons in
the world. Although the same context it
is so very different. Learning and wanting
to know who God and his son is. Is a
heart and soul matter. Making a
career, learning an instrument, and becoming some talent for the public is a
career, performance and although if may feed your soul and your
pocketbook. It won’t get you internal
peace or into heaven.
Yeah, I know.
What if we do not believe in heaven.
Like I said we all believe in something.
That is your choice. So, no
matter if you are finding your hell on earth or heaven on earth and think that
is all there is. Well, I don’t. I do not believe we just became human by
some spontaneous explosion or out of the evolution of apes. And even if we did, they are all created by a
far greater power than we can see in the here and now. Nope I am no trained up super smart ready
for debate theologian. I am who I am
as you are who you are. Blessed
another day up and at em. With lots of
pages but still more to right each day the good Lord allows me back up. I believe in the Father; I believe in Jesus
Christ, and I believe in the Holy Spirit that carries us through and helps us
in those moments.
I believe the power of all that is and all that
will be and the spiritual battles that surround us with good and evil. You may or may not but if you are out here
skimming, reading, checking for yourself.
You too want something more than just what is thrown at us on any given
day.
How you go about getting it, or keeping it…
Well, that
is up to you and what you place on moral value and lasting life.
Anyway, you never really know until you dive in
and learn yourself. Don’t judge a book
by its cover. Keep digging until you
learn the truth and if you learn and grow from it. Know the blessings you acquired and share
them back out. If you learn hard
lessons that that false profit, that impersonator, that super star is really
filled with darkness and caused you life scars instead of growth. Know if you survived and you got back up
take that mess and find the positive silver lining message for those who will
not have the chance you were given unless you help flicker or shine bright to
help them grow through and forward in all that brings hope and brightness. Even if just planting the seeds along the
way… Do your best human self and wanting
all that is good, all that is truth, all that is bold and brightly colored
bringing life never taking it.
For me I will just keep doing the best I can with
what I get to work with and knowing where my help comes from.
Everything I am, I have or will be depends on the
mercy and grace that I will never deserve of God the father.
