Psalm 119:165  (NLV)  New Life Version

165 Those who love Your Law have great peace, and nothing will cause them to be hurt in their spirit.

Psalm 119:165 (KJV)  King James Version

165 Great peace have they which love thy law: and nothing shall offend them.

Psalm 119:165 (MSG)  The Message Version

I’ve been slandered unmercifully by the politicians,
but my awe at your words keeps me stable.
I’m ecstatic over what you say,
like one who strikes it rich.
I hate lies—can’t stand them!—
but I love what you have revealed.
Seven times each day I stop and shout praises
for the way you keep everything running right.
For those who love what you reveal, everything fits—
no stumbling around in the dark for them.
I wait expectantly for your salvation;
God, I do what you tell me.
My soul guards and keeps all your instructions—
oh, how much I love them!
I follow your directions, abide by your counsel;
my life’s an open book before you.

Daily Journal/Thoughts/ Prayers (Thinking out loud)

Amazing how one word spoken can be translated and the truth stretched or grown into the various visuals of one’s minds eye.    One thing is absolute is no matter how the verses are written no matter what translations all lead back to all that is good in you Jesus so why would we not run to you?

The only one that can take you away is our own choices and even then, you wait patiently for your prodigals to find their way back to you.

Thank you for your faithful believers who sing praise shining hope in your promises and opening the door to find ourselves living the truth in harmony through all the rattle of the everyday storms.

Tired Lord today, just a bit… dreams about day to day and just working doing things that normally would not be with not nearly enough activity to keep things fresh and moving.

Never do I just want to go through the motions, yet choices are, choices need to be.  The impacts are more than just me.   So, we do our best with each day allowed up.   No matter what always clinging to your promises.

You are greater than all those wrong turns, wrong choices, incomplete, almost, or never really meant to be.     Greater than anything I have to prove or buy my way to.   You take us just as we are.   Loving us and wanting us to come as we are.   Greater than any regrets, remembering as my eyes seek you in the skies, even though I know you are deep inside this soul.   Just to be held, perhaps the world and all that is really is what is meant to be held.   I believe there is so much more, and I trust in you more than I know how to even trust myself.

Restore us Lord; all I am connected.   Reflect your will and the way we should go.   Lord hold me together in all of this.

Feeding my spirit, growing yet blowing in the wind.  As I turn a page looking back, I only see all you have been, done and are for and with me.   See me through Jesus…   Show me the how and what.   The why stopped mattering long ago.     To love another human in balance, in truth, in you.   Hear this heart, guide these feet, protect this vision allowing only the voices of truth to feed this mind, body, and spirit.   Giving strength when I just cannot anymore.   Show me how.

You owe nothing, you gave everything.  Thank you then, thank you now and thank you for any tomorrows.

We do but should finally wake up and realize we really should be leading by example and stop the madness thinking secrets in the dark are not noticed.  We really should be living in a way that when our kids pick up the habits or call us out, we are not reacting in defense because we have to lie our way out of it.   Right is right, wrong is wrong.  No matter how we paint the picture or sneak around in the dark.  Nothing changes the truth.

Far from perfect and a horrible liar I cannot even lie for the good of me.   So, if there is something I do not want others to know.  I just do not put myself in those situations.   I value the respect and character of who I am being allowed to grow up and be.

If I have done something and its none of your business, its just that.  Worry about your own misgivings, choices, or lack of.

When you are living off of people you really need to respect the hand that feeds you.    Sneaking those up in the night or sneaking away when you have a role and responsibility only takes away the value of you and any possible future opportunities.

Your choices are your own, however do not think anyone owes you a thing.  No matter if you were the POPE, POTUS, or anyone else this world thinks is important.      I personal value moral respect and responsibility.     Not perfection or flattery or any other b.s. the world sells you for five minutes of robbing you of your lifetime.

Wake up find your true self.

Wake up fight forward.

Wake up and fight for what you want.

Wake up work for it.

Wake up and acknowledge your blessings that you are alive and many never got this chance.

Just thinking out loud how so often we throw all we are away and stay stuck in the failures we could have overcome just by taking one step after the other to work, find and be through the eyes of Jesus.   Perfectly placed and made right where we matter most.
