Thank you for another day you allow me up. Sometimes stumbling, tripping over my own
feet seeking my bearings as the fog clears from the nights sleep. Others jumping up and running like there is a
fire I need to run from. All the time
a blessing with so many opportunities within the day given to challenge, learn,
be and grow.
Thank you, Father, for many will not get back up today. Many who we thought were fixed, healed, on
the mend are still down for the count.
Others are giving up and fighting the darkness not calling upon
you. Then others who walk closely with
you are being called home.
No matter what the circumstance for me I am blessed to dare to b
different, to dare to keep on fighting forward being productive and
useful. Filling the days with
meaningful activities filled with hope in you and in those dark moments
brighter greater things to come.
No matter what be it the city, the mountains, the valley’s, the fully aware
or darkness and unknown. You Jesus are
the God of all I am. Maker of heaven
and earth; with one wave of a hand or one exhale just as you breathed life from
dust the world and earth could be changed if you choose.
Yet from early on when no matter who was the one who chose to take from
the tree of knowledge good and evil. Instead
of destroying all that was created you gave freedom of choice, will and all
that goes with the results of what we say, do or do not do.
Yet your chosen are tapped into to light it up and open the doors and
windows of hope and your promises by lighting up who we are from the inside
out. The greater things are still on
the horizon. Each day you allow us
back up. May we follow all you are and
will be may we shine bright through IT all.
In your arms and you deep within our souls for all that is bold,
beautiful and life forming.
Thank you for the strength yesterday as I wait in line and one of the
many who tried to recently take advantage and get me to have hundreds of dollars’
worth of work not needed to my vehicle done stood next to me in line. Guarding my heart and mouth not blasting out
how I went and got a second opinion, and it was found to be a farse. How no one ever gave me what was so called
needed in writing or called back with the actual estimate that they were trying
to get me to do on the spot.
Blessed to not be born yesterday and although gullible for many things absolutely
not foolish enough to look past the hustle of the world and the panic that many
dance around doing their hustle. Blessed
to be able to stand there and actually pray for the one and many they are
attached that are doing what they do.
Your great power and purpose for all things Jesus. Never ceases to amaze me. Even when I have met my capacity load of
garbage.
Thank you for not allowing me to be a fool and act like lunatic now that
they were placed in front of me. Your
will be done… Not my own. In time all things
in the darkness will be exposed to your great light.
As so much exposure of violence, darkness leaving tortured souls and beings
to wander the earth. If only everyone
of us could get up and praise you Jesus first and always.
Finding where we are, finding
where we need to be and just knowing your presence Jesus.
If all the things that have happened to each and everyone of us is what
really makes us we would all just evaporate from the heat and hate that we feel
from all the hurt life sometimes endures.
Yet You God alone fill us up with truth, purpose and the knowledge of
what pain really means through your son Jesus.
You allow us to know how loved we are and how to love. If only we choose.
I imagine the ability to love from the outside in as you fill us up from
the inside out. Like that volcanic eruption
where there is never ending heat, desire to love and want more of everything
just for all that is good. Feeding off our
spirits experiencing something far more than what that pill of ecstasy or flesh
craving desire will ever give.
Freeing the mind, body and all that weighs us down it is you Jesus and
all you send to explode into endless harmony and finding a way as we purpose to
start the change within. Starting with
me and prayerfully knowing the leading by example is all for the good of any
next steps little hands, feet and eyes who are watching will absorb.
I am holding to the promises of you Jesus that fill me with great peace
in the here and now, although times sometimes take my breath away in not such
good or memorable ways.
Yet no matter what once I get back up, brush off and catch my breath I
know beyond deserving just how blessed we are/ I am no matter if just given
another day or a battle to purpose and fight forward through.
All the while learning how to talk directly to you and not rage and rant
towards all who selfishly take advantage, harm, or purpose anything without
regard of life of all involved.
Lord you lift my life up every day I am allowed to roll over and open
these fading green eyes. No matter how
much is out of focus or unknown you alone are what carries me. Thank you
