God Will Do a New Thing

Thinking Out Loud – Journal Thoughts/Prayers / Mind Maze Overflow


Nope cannot even begin to fathom the abundance of what really could have been.  Or hold onto what was that left so many marks across my world and that of what I see through the vision I am allowed.

Not turning a blind eye or covering my eyes, ears, or mouth.  

   Just choosing my direction to acknowledge even the smallest blessings that have transpired just by being granted one more day.     

Holding on to all that did not turn out the way I dreamed or feel or even fell in love with the thoughts and dreams, or they would of, should of, could of!

Not loving anyone any less, just not holding any expectations while I find myself locking away those moments that truly fed the soul and spirit within this being.

Not holding on to the darkness, the lies where you knew the truth, the sadness of what still can never be changed.  But seeking the Lord’s grace and mercy to show me how to grow forward from, in, with it!

If Jesus so chooses to allow me to lead by example; even when many have their own visions of what examples should be.    So be it!  

   This century is not so different than many before.  

Except we know the truth, we know history we get to choose what we will do with the little specks of who we really are in this vast world.    Or even sometimes those who must feel some kind of authority or power even control whatever is around them.   Or so we think!

Control is the grandest illusion of all.    

In the end no matter what plans we make, no matter what actions we take, no matter what upper hand or high-score or money in a bank or whatever the everything is that we think makes us.

Jesus Christ died on the cross so we could have life and, in the end, the same Father who allowed him to come to this earth and do what he did is still in control of all we are and what we choose.

Prayerfully our choices never are purposed to be harmful, hateful dark and evil.    Yet, looking around the news through the media and what is reported.  

  Sometimes it seems there is far more darkness than good and light transpiring.

However, it seems; the truth is we still get to choose to shine a light or be a light even in the smallest flicker of the darkest hour.  

  More truth is that no matter what we run from or run to; the choices and actions we make will always have results and reactions. 

  It does not matter if we think we are running fast enough or not.  Or when we think we have gotten away without being held accountable.   In the end God wins the race and judgment is His.

 So why not just own, learn, and grow from whatever transpires to be?   Be it for the good or mistakes that we learn from?

I am forever imperfectly placed in this life game of chess.   

Beyond blessed to know I am a daughter of the most -high King; even if, even when at times the world makes us feel less than a pawn.

No matter what I feel today, I am beyond deserving and blessed every second He allows me back up.   No matter what dreams are interrupted, no matter what plans go a different way.

With that I bid you a Happy, Healthy, Safe, and Prosperous New Year as we close out what was and start our journey into what will be.     To All!     Filled with abundant peace deep within; no matter what!!!

Remember we made it.  Many did not!

Good, bad, or indifferent we have been blessed with a new day and new year full of opportunities.  

We still get to choose our participation in what allows temporary happiness or deep peace and the choice to hold tight to all that is good.     Seek what matters not what others think.

Let go of negative and find the lesson, or blessings worth memories to hold onward.

Yes, perception and that which we do for a career or to give the families we are blessed matter.  Even more so if we really find joy within each day.

But none of us need to be like anyone else, but who we were authentically created to be. 

Brush off the dust and say thank you.  The ride is not over yet!

Most importantly never miss an opportunity to love those that matter to you as no tomorrow is promised.

I am thankful to/for every lesson, every blessing, and every soul I have been granted time to know.

Beyond grateful to see what is next up ahead and how we all get back up and grow forward!!!
