Well, I stumbled on this song the other day and it just speaks volumes. Cooper Alan - Never Not Remember You (Official Lyric Video)

Loving this Cat’s voice too and I hope he goes places beyond his wildest dreams and uses it for the good sharing the laughter and love he generates when he is goofing around with his buds.

The first one that came to mind and tears flowed was that of my big brother who suddenly left us on May 28^th. Protector of all he cared about, the biggest gentle giant, friend, and confidant anyone could know. I pray even though he left his beautiful second wife behind he found his first love and they are dancing in heaven.

I will always treasure that last hug goodbye and our birthday season will never be the same. Every year we three siblings always got together just to share love and laughter. I don’t even want to think about it being he has been called to higher places and we are still blessed here doing life without him.

Not sure if you can relate. Me, my brother, and sister always had each other. No matter how far apart we were, no matter how mad or hurt we would get. We never let it get in-between our relationship that cannot be explained. Man, yeah we had that sibling rivalry going when we were kids. But even on the worse days we knew we had each other.

We never used each other, never called each other out for all the things we would of, could of, done wrong. We just loved being around each other when we would come together and pick up where we left off like it was yesterday.

I have lost some really great people in my lifetime but my big brother who I shadowed and drove crazy. Our great loss is heaven’s gain. I pray God has got him in the angel army looking out for those who need angels.

Yeah, thinking about this song I could not, not share it even though its got my emotions all over the place thinking of the memories and he is gone. Thinking about recent friends who lost loved ones. Thinking about last year losing Pops and how mom is doing and all the changes.

Life on this earth is so dang short and we only get a brief second in the dash we are given. I so pray we all choose to love those we are given and make beautiful memories. Don’t waste time trying to prove anything and absolutely don’t hate someone because their ways do not line up with your own.

Every single soul we are given to cross paths with be it by blood, by happenstance, by choice. All have great meanings with blessings that none of us deserve.

Don’t waste those moments of blessings or lessons on hate and rob yourself of the seconds you are given to be here. None of us know when our time is up. And we can never get back any time we allowed negativity rob from us.

Life is what it is until it is not. None of us, despite our hard work, or entitlement thought process deserve a thing. Be grateful for all we are given and be selfless to those who are connected to heart strings.

No matter what is not; I will always be thankful for the memories I am given even when they hurt.

I wish I had the magic pill or that crystal ball to fix things before they broke or were taken away. But even if I did, most likely all that would do is make me complacent. Not work or be as I am and do. Maybe at times I work too hard and perhaps not so smart. But I am who I am and well I getter done 😊

As time goes by working on or towards what really matters is always a chore. What matters to me may not be in line even though it’s something we pray not stop for or part of a church or not; may not be inline with what God really meant. But not for nothing, it is what it is, and I have learned an abundance of lessons during my time. As long as I am able, the air I am given to breathe will remember to whom I belong and in turn be my best self in serving and loving even the hard people, places, or things. And no; just because you love someone does not mean they need to be in your space.

Nor does it mean you have to accept anyone’s bad or self-destructive behaviors just because you love them. Just means you pray them up and plant the seeds of hope, life, moral values, and truth of who Jesus is and who they are created in the image of. Along with the blessings of freedom of choice. We all have free will to choose!

On this day and many others, I only know where I have been. And like the lotto those some days wishing I would just play and win. While others I acknowledge nothing worth anything is free but the gift to get back up and choose.

Everything else, everyone else is that icing on the cake. Bonus that there is time and place for everything and a season under the one true God the father’s son, Jesus.

We all will kneel at the gate and prayerfully able to wrap our arms tightly around the father once it is our turn to go home. To find our family, friends, and loved ones. What a great plan!

But what about loving them all right here and right now while we have them?

Love me when I am here. Know me while I am here. When I get to heaven with Jesus, I don’t need you would of should of could of. You want to make a difference; do it now. Live, Love and laugh with and in Christ. And know when that song plays, and something pokes and cuts a little. You have those memories in peace and love to remember all the good there really is.
