Thinking Out Loud – Journal Thoughts/Prayers / Mind Maze Overflow

Time just keeps on flying by. So very thankful because none of us are promised another second to walk this earth. Yet each time He allows me back up I am given more opportunity to find the light and reflect it brighter somewhere in my path to allow growth; and when I cannot find it. Find ways to be a light even if it is the smallest flicker from the unseen anywhere around. Not just me; You who are reading these words tapping out from a mind maze that you would truly be lost in if you ever road the highway of all that flows through this head on any given day.

No matter what it is though that any of us have spinning; I pray the grounding force for all of any single thing given opportunity for. You are grounded in knowing who you are in the creation of Jesus Christ and center your very being in love, light and a deep grace that allows the unexplainable peace in the chaos of this world we have been gifted.

Or that jumping right into the fire and looking back and most likely saying a few things maybe even with tears because sometimes we make things so much harder by not stopping to listen and acting smarter.

Maybe we did; maybe it was someone else’s choice. Hurt, Guilt, Pain or pleasure by association touches everything and everyone in reach of any choice being made. And yes, choices matter.

You may think that it matters for the here and now but truly any and every choice we make ripples through the centuries. And impacts everything within arm’s reach like a tsunami wave. Sometimes the impacts are awesome, others devastating.

I am not a theologian and although college educated not an expert. Blessed to have not burnt up all my brain cells in my youth or path to growing forward.

Graced and Blessed to be up another day, given strength and courage through many of the tears that have fallen from this soul. Tears of joy, tears of heartbreak from loss, from others, from just being ready to quit and having enough.

I mean really, we look around this world and there seems to be nothing sacred any longer but power, money and whatever each individual thinks they deserve.

Aging is a blessing that many won’t ever get. My brother two years older than I gone just like that. Or our children that we raise up the best we can but along the way they make the choices they think they can handle until they can’t.

Sometimes it’s a long journey, sometimes they make it back; sometimes it’s one and done and gone before ever really getting started.

Local news, worldly news its all the same. Same reports of things we as a human race have allowed to happen because it’s not me so I don’t care mentality.

We want what we want until we have it then it gets stuck in storage or tossed out for the next whim.

What about the future, what about our legacy, what about the gratitude and acknowledgement of what we have right here right now.

Just like any storm or that wave of destruction coming any single blink of an eye. Instead, we become complacent or just too damn tired without being surrounded up with things that help us grow in spirit for the good of our own being or all man kind we associate to or with.

I could of easily started writing years ago about romance and love. I am no different. Happy home, white picket fence, awesome great looking husband from the inside out. Loving each other, leaning on each other, mad passion in everything we did together. And yeah, if I were to write about it now; God filled and God feared. But life is not that easy as we are younger many never have the chance to know God through Jesus Christ until later in life if at all. Then those that do still fight the fight of being consumed by worldly choices.

My harlequin romance would not even come close to describing the love Jesus fills our souls with that we crave to feel the very same outside in that overflows inside out.

Over the years I can tell you I have given much advice from my own experiences and the one thing I can tell you that will never change. Love people for who they are; not what they do or have. And fight forward together. Sure, sometimes you need to fight with each other; but ultimately you are never going to replace a better version than what you committed to in the first place. We are not meant to be alone; but we are also not meant to keep giving ourselves away trying to find that one perfect everything.

If you come to terms and have been blessed with someone in your life. Take it slow and if you truly commit to each other don’t let the world change that or any temporary anything.

Relationships of any kind take work not just intimate, but every single relationship you get into matters how you will leave it or continue it.

Nope, not an expert in anything. Just blessed to have lived life and thankfully learned a little something-something along the way.

Do you know of God, or do you really know him through His son Jesus Christ? It is not about religion; it is about the relationship and purposing forward every moment you are allowed with all that is good and helps growth into something meaningful and lasting.

What are we doing personally to exceed uncertainty, embrace possibilities or earn independence while staying grounded in really knowing how and why we were created and what we truly mean to humanity but more importantly Jesus Christ the son of man, son of the one true God.

Do we stop and really get the facts, without getting stuck and learn when to hold on or when to let go?

Every single challenge every single person that come into our lives is meant as a lesson, growth, or even a message if we let it.

I won’t ever say I have it all together; but fortunately, I have known early on everything happens for a reason; we are just not meant to spin and get all tied up or wreck our lives trying to figure it out or chase what is temporal.

It doesn’t mean I haven’t, or I don’t. I just try my best do my best in everything I am allowed. And if it’s not considered worthy of anyone; it never will be. We all have our own journey, our own values, our own mind maze that twists us up at times.

Those heart strings we are allowed, blessed with. Man, they knot us up all the time. Be it our children, friends, family, general news of all the sadness in this world.

Ethnicity, cultural, racism none of it matters in the end, when we all bleed red the same.

Don’t sell yourself short ever; don’t get caught up in people pleasing or trying to fix anyone or everyone that comes in your journey. Only they and God can fix whatever is needed. We can only love each other for who we are and where we are.

Most importantly I think don’t let anyone or anything rent negative space in your head or heart. Even if it hurts like hell because it’s someone close to you; or even someone you have dedicated your very being to be part of. We are not meant to be powerhouses and bulldoze anyone or everyone. But we also are not meant to have it done to us. And we are not talking being happy verses at peace and a deep joy during every day given.

Anyway, in any grand scheme of things when I really have some good topics to tap out I am not by my computer. And on the days, I just need to free up some space in this maze anything is possible that will come out. All of it will always lead back to know or knowing Jesus Christ. From the weird dreams that some days become reality to just being consumed by all that comes through these eyes and ears. It is what it is until it is not. So, I pray for me, my family, my friends and all who are out here just trying to be their best self through the strength and courage with God. And for protection and the ability to get back up when the world derails and destroys all that we know. May we have that one more day and one more opportunity to grow forward in peace and harmony and if not the strength to fight with the power of Jesus Christ.
