Thinking Out Loud – Journal Thoughts/Prayers / Mind Maze
Overflow
Thank you, Lord, for allowing me another day or
10 getting back up since the last time I sat to tap out what is sparking in
this mind maze. I wish I could say its
all kumbaya moments. But that would be
a lie. Though I still hold true to all
you are Jesus, then, now and any future I have. The sadness of this world can be so
stinking hard.
Thank you for the suffering that the lessons
come from the moments that cleave and mold us.
Even when it hurts.
Thank you for not allowing long term
suffering for those souls’ people or fur babies that leave us suddenly.
Thank you for allowing us to know the love
that was given during our time together.
As I came back from church yesterday and I
found my beautiful Heidi girl lying down under the table by the front door waiting
for me to take her forever sleep.
Leaving me so broken hearted once again this
year. But I am so thankful to know the
love I was able to experience from one of your creatures.
The world spinning out of control with so
much hate and devastation and my trivial loss compared to so many that are
suffering at the hands of evil right now.
But non the less it hurts.
The slow chipping away watching the so many
senseless violence and darkness slaughter humanity. To the wayward misguided souls losing
themselves all while trying to find their place in this world. Just because we have not learned to just
love people for who they are; right where they are.
Then we have those that for their own
personal gain pretend in their own narcissistic ways demanding you believe they
are something or someone they are not. Or
even those in day to day that you have learned to just love for who they are
because perhaps that love is the only glimpse of anything good, they may see in
their passing moments.
Another whole topic for any given day.
It all can be numbing. Yet, no where in the bible did it ever say we
are promised an easy free ride.

few promises he does make are: God promises to
strengthen you. ...

God promises to take care of all your needs. ...

God promises to answer your prayers. ...

God promises to work everything out for your good. ...

God promises to be with you. ...

God promises to protect you. ...

God promises freedom from sin.
And me I have to believe because I have lived, learned, and been
carried to the other side of those moments that I never thought I would see
another speck of good anywhere.
We have to just hold on and keep the faith, never letting go of
hope. And as it reads in 2 Timothy 2:1-26 remain Soldiers For Christ. No matter what.

not. Live your best life here and now
simply and lovingly. If you are
blessed to have much; share your time and talents to help others find theirs.
I know there will brighter days as they come
and go and purpose in any pain is relevant when you know who you are in the
creation, eyes, and arms of Jesus.
So, no matter what I feel today; I will
remember I don’t want to exist on feelings alone. But facts of the truth in Him.
