the love of God that is in Christ Jesus our Lord.

31-39 So, what do you think? With God on our side like this,
how can we lose? If God didn’t hesitate to put everything on the line for us,
embracing our condition and exposing himself to the worst by sending his own
Son, is there anything else he wouldn’t gladly and freely do for us? And who
would dare tangle with God by messing with one of God’s chosen? Who would dare
even to point a finger? The One who died for us—who was raised to life for
us!—is in the presence of God at this very moment sticking up for us. Do you
think anyone is going to be able to drive a wedge between us and Christ’s love
for us? There is no way! Not trouble, not hard times, not hatred, not hunger,
not homelessness, not bullying threats, not backstabbing, not even the worst
sins listed in Scripture:
They kill us in cold blood because they hate you.
We’re sitting ducks; they pick us off one by one.
None of this fazes us because
Jesus loves us. I’m absolutely convinced that nothing—nothing living or dead,
angelic or demonic, today or tomorrow, high or low, thinkable or
unthinkable—absolutely nothing can get between us and God’s
love because of the way that Jesus our Master has embraced us.

Only Jesus knows without a doubt. Had a much-needed weekend off and thanking
Jesus it rained all weekend keeping me still.
Sure, I had the blessing of having my precious mama over night and just
getting some time. But it is no
secret I burn the entire candle all the time and not just at both ends. This week was a bit rough from having crown
work. You know removing a crown by
fixing a tooth that cracked underneath then readying for a new crown. Not to mention just doing stuff that needs
to get done when I am tired and not only rolling an ankle this past week but
cracking my head so hard, I still have a bruise on my forehead.
It is no surprise for anyone that has known
me. I need to get it done and sometimes
I have to be reminded to pause or I will make you.
So been running in work life balance and
forgetting to do the balance thing. But
despite any of it; I am truly blessed each day I am allowed back up. Each hiccup, or thorn that sticks and even
the moments I literally bang my head against a wall.
No one I promised tomorrow so I have always
been one to know I will rest when the good Lord takes me home and I lay down
that final time.
However!
I need not even say it cause everyone/anyone
can read between the lines of life as we journey and do the very things, we
help others take time and not do. Even
further what about the sin we all allow ourselves to be caught up in or cause
or participate within. Despite our best
intentions our human nature makes us stupid at times and we put ourselves and
others in harms-way by not taking time to rest in him. It is no surprise and just because some of
us are workaholics or open our selves up for those who play on good
intentions. Look at back in biblical
times. Look what Paul was going through.
Romans
7:17-20 MSG 17-20 But I need something more! For if I know the law but
still can’t keep it, and if the power of sin within me keeps sabotaging my best
intentions, I obviously need help! I realize that I don’t have what it takes. I
can will it, but I can’t do it. I decide to do good, but I
don’t really do it; I decide not to do bad, but then I do it
anyway. My decisions, such as they are, don’t result in actions. Something has
gone wrong deep within me and gets the better of me every time.
Anyway I am working on making whatever I do
or get into count for more than just a
side hustle or some material things that will either get tossed to the curb or
someone will try to take without putting the work in for themselves.
Life here and now with all the choices
matters.
Laugh hard when you can don’t hold back!
Cry hard when you need to, don’t hold back!
Be your authentic self always and never hold
back because you are trying to have someone’s lasting attention.
Be the real you that Jesus died so you can
be!
Never think you are unworthy of being called
a child of God. He is with you always
and though you should be circled up with other brothers and sisters in Christ
to help you build strength and relationship in Christ. It starts right where you are with him and
you. Every single day you are allowed
back up.
It starts with me and you right where we stand,
sit, lay. Good, bad or indifferent. Dive deep into worship, dive deeper into His
word through daily devotions, truth spoken, small group studies, podcasts, and
yes find a good bible-based church and challenge what is being taught if you cannot find in the bible. Oh yes, we are all in control of how our
destination will go. With the blessings
and indescribable peace even through the tragedy this world and all within will
bring.
Heartbreak is never knowing the truth that
not everyone even those you cannot breathe without are taken. God is the same creator that allows the sun,
moon, stars to hang in the sky. Just as
he is the same creator who allows the wind to blow as the same creator who
fills our lungs with oxygen to be alive.
Heck no I cannot explain it. Life for me is one big sticky bun and
through out time I end up getting bit while trying to be just me.
All that sweet kindness often can be
considered weakness and there are people out there that in a split second who try
to suck it right out of you.
But that is a whole different
conversation. Take time to love you
and meet Jesus right where you are. Do
not wait until your day of judgement.
None of us know when our time will end but we all know it will. And we all will kneel before the creator Lord
Jesus on judgement day. Let go of any hurt and hangups and meet Him
now to help you through before you miss the opportunity.
What do you have to lose? Anyway, in this grand kaleidoscope with all
the beautiful colors, rivers, and promises.
I choose Jesus. Our choices
matter, then, now and eternally. Choose
wisely while you still can.
Much needed Prayers / Praise 2024
Lord, you know every single prayer on the list in
front of me. You know all that is needed
even for those who don’t talk about it.
Be with them Father.
Illness, Innocence, Healing mind, body, and soul.
You are the judge Jesus, as you took every single
stripe for our way to live. Consume us,
Father God! Consume me.
Thank you for each day you allowed me back up. Thank you for the small things and the really
big things. Thank you for allowing the
freedom to say your name.
I could put the list out her Jesus or those prayers
from the littles each Wednesday. May
the eyes I see be your eyes directly into the souls calling out for and with
you.
