Daily Journal/Thoughts/ Prayers (my
perspectives and/or feelings):
Lord it never gets old thanking you for another
new day. Even If, Even When.
Reminded yesterday once again Lord how short time
can really be. Even when we walk with
you Jesus there is no promises the pain and loss will not come.
I hold to the truth that greater things are yet to come Father God!
For me, for my
family and all my extended family, friends, and connections. You will never forsake those who trust in
you. Even when hearts hurt really bad
for the loss of beautiful baby Lucas.
I would like to think and say it does not really matter who has your back in the here and now. But we all know how hard life is when there is continual battles facing the giants of the world. Facing all that those in it do to us or against us.
Take from us instead of encourage and help add to the positive that may
come.
We are all broken people. All of us have baggage full of hurts, habits
and hang-ups that come out in our character or keep us from even engaging
because of how heavy the layers are that we do not, cannot handle one more
thing.
Some of us we forge through, some of us fight through,
some of us take on the challenges that others give us. Others just want and accept whatever comes
their way.
The only thing I know for sure with any of that;
is without you Jesus, everything is meaningless.
From all the empty promises with hidden agendas to
all the gold in the world.
What does it mean if there is not purity, love
and so much mercy and grace we need today in the here and now?
Lord when you see beautiful souls broken for the
loss of the angels you give them. It
does not matter if they are 3weeks or 21 years old. What matters is You give and take away in
your own time your own will.
There are no good intentions that will ever
change what you want to take place. No matter
how much we put ourselves at risk or just let go of.
No where is it promised to be easy, fair, or even
kind in this world we have.
Be with all who are suffering loss of any kind
that has them feeling broken.
Thank you for all the exceedingly difficult hard
costly lessons we must take away from just trying to do our best while
maintaining who you allow us to be.
They say when one door closes another is
opening. Lord be with those who need
those doors opened sooner than later.
Be with those suffering physically, financially, emotionally.
Be with all who call your name. and all those who silently weep.
Forgive me father for all the offenses I have caused
as I seek for forgiveness for those who purposely or accidently have offenses against
myself or any I am connected.
Lord the only way we will survive this world is if
we are able to be broken together with you.
No matter what we run from or into. Most days we spin on things that should be
turned directly over to you. Yet, we
think we got this. Masking the pains
and brokenness trying to save the world while losing our own self.
Yearning to just be in your presence of that pure
agape love feeding from the outside in while you have the peace of all things inside
out.
As we are just picking ourselves back up or just
going down. Lord hear our silent cries
and protect your children from the world’s judgement and show ME how to reflect
what should be next and just keep getting up.
Heal the hurts, heal the sickness, give strength
and courage to what should be and remove
all that should not.
None of us are promised tomorrow. May we live with you for today.
Though we may have to let go may those that mean
the most to us forever flow through our veins and never say goodbye, but until
next time.
Guard our hearts for the war is real
Guard our steps as we may not get back up
Guard our words for the battle surrounds us all,
if we have to release what will take life; give it all to God as he is waiting
to help us through.

Daily Journal/Thoughts/ Prayers (my
perspectives and/or feelings):
This mind maze and what it has churning. Thank you, Lord, for this day and the ability
to get back to the basics for life and within biblical terms.
Thank you for this day and any I am allowed after
and all I have been given before.
No matter what or where we find ourselves. No matter if that moral compass is held out
straight ahead or we get distracted and set it down and end up lost and
entangled with what is not what it should be for and with you Jesus.
You have and always be for and with us.
Going through my own journey I find myself
remembering this far from perfect soul that forgets how to remain ethical in
all things and making the right choices.
Being tempted by the worldly desires of what we want.
Dreaming and thinking out loud allows those
watching and listening to swoop in and feed their own needs, desires and
sometimes plans that in the end can be costly and break us right where we are. Never having to go anywhere.
Reminding me, exactly what is integrity, ethics, perseverance
and dug around doing a little bit of secular definition and finding if it is
the bible. Sharing what I found.
Ethics – is the judgment about right and wrong, or more specifically, a person’s moral obligation to society that determines his or her own actions.
Ethics is a principle based, not rules based. It involves problem solving and decision making, judging what is right and wrong, and is concerned with value inherent in ethical decisions.
Integrity – is the quality of
being honest and having strong moral principles. (Biblically - Proverbs
10:9 Whoever walks in integrity walks securely, but whoever takes
crooked paths will be found out.)
Perseverance – persistence in doing something despite
difficulty or delay in the goal to achieving success. (Biblically - Romans
5:4 perseverance, character, and character, hope)
Goal - the end toward which effort is directed
(Biblically - Philippians
3:14 I press on toward the goal to win the prize for which God has
called me heavenward in Christ Jesus.)
Knowing this does not make me better or worse than anyone else in this world.
Just that I purpose
to do the right thing. Even when I
stumble, face plant, or get knocked off my feet by what I think was to find out
they were not at all what they were supposed to be. As truth hurts it will never hide behind
excuses, people, places, things or computer screens.
Just because we are growing up or aging as we
grow along. Does not mean we get it
right. Does not mean we are not a mess
or does not mean we are not successful even in the messes we have found ourselves
in.
Bad decisions they do not feel bad at the time,
consequences don’t always fit the crime!
However, when we dig in and find where we placed
that moral compass down at, picking it back up we may die trying but we will go
out flying high with Christ Jesus.
If I had a penny for every bad decision I made or
just been impacted by others that were made.
I would never have to work again
in my life.
I sometimes say if I could know then what I know
now; but I will never want to turn back time.
For every choices and consequence at the end of
it is either a lesson or blessing. Even
when others do not think, act, or do what they do for the good of those they connect.
Sometimes their only goal is to achieve whatever
meets their selfish ambitions caring not for anyone but what flows through
their veins.
Maybe it is okay that we all get a chance to be a
hot mess. Maybe there are lessons in
every moment no matter what the value and end result or even reason why we do
what we do to others.
I just pray God will allow your will to win over
all things in, for and through me. When
things are great and clear or when they are a mess and unknown.
Guide and protect all who are in harms way. Be it from the vultures and thieves of this
20th century or just saving us from ourselves.
Stopping the madness of this pandemic and all
that are out there desperately trying to make their way by taking from others pretending
to be what they are not.
Lord reveal who you want me to be. Reveal what all the broken pieces of this life
should reflect or where they should be.
It is only you Christ Jesus that has the power to
guide what we do next. It is only you
when we have tapped out what or how we should respond. Be it with moral values or dive into the pit
of fire and burn until we are taken out.
Please reflect all that you are and all that you created
humanity to be. Even when it hurts. Even when the unknown and desperation of
this world tries to get the best of us.
Forgive me for my distractions more importantly when
my anger makes me just like everyone else in what flows out of this mouth. Forgive me for allowing the flesh to drive actions
trying to believe in what I cannot see; knowing you will never mislead or take
what is not for the taking.
Protect and guide for the good all my connections
in love, mercy, and grace. No matter
what is to come I know that you have all that is pure and good for the rest of
our days allowed on this earth.
