Daily Journal/Thoughts/ Prayers (my perspectives and/or feelings):
While we are all
waiting for something; be it the world to change be it for that dream to come
to life, for the expectations we put on everyone we are connected.
Unspoken or
spoken all the same we are all waiting, wanting, thinking we need something. All the while we never turn and ask God what
would Jesus do in this situation?
While I wait upon
you Jesus, I make messes of this mind maze and sometimes things in general with
life. Yet you have never once turned
your back on me. It is I that try to
bury myself from walking in or walking away.
It is I that turn on all that is around me getting sucked in the static of the world all
the while you wait silently for even a second of any day given. Just for me to call upon you.
There is no doubt
no matter what right or wrong moment that is occurring in this being. My courage, my hope my life comes from you
Jesus. With that knowledge of absolutes
that we are fully known by you. Lord it
causes so much good and bad intentions that can spin out of control if we do
not cling to you first always.
Does anyone
really see Jesus, Is anyone ready? Or do
we just walk through this world pretending because that is what the world says
we must do to protect whatever image we have created or allow others to master
for us.
Left behind is
not the answer. There is only black or
white there will never be sitting on the fence waiting for someone to come pick
us up and then walk off into the sunset.
When your time
comes if we are not ready. We will either
sour with the angels or burn with the demons.
Reliving the sweet harmony of love and precious peace and joy or screaming
through the stagnant almost over and over eternally.
There is no doubt
we are loved by you. It is you that gave
yourself and your son to come to this earth knowing in all creation humanity
would deny your will, your freedoms, and your love.
How we all try to
just keep walking as we fall apart leaving all the pieces behind. When we find
you are that gorilla glue everything changes?
You Lord are the only Father who stays and never makes us prove our
worth.
May all the men I
know Lord lead by your love and your protection. May they take up their crosses and even only
for and with you become the promise keeper of all they can be. Loving their wives better than they love
themselves. Protecting their children
and teaching their sons and daughters what men should be in protection; in guidance
in you.
Un-break my heart
Lord. Un-break all of the hearts that
have paralyzed humanity to be kind and live with purpose of good will and love.
Not just the
fifteen minutes of fame, or recognition or even status.
Un-break us Jesus. No, we do not deserve anything. We/I have never deserved anything from the
day we made our way into this world.
We do not deserve
to have lived through the scars and shattered pieces that are spread like burnt
ashes in the wind.
Yet you have
given us something to do. Lead
me. Lead us. Heal this land Father God.
Everything
happens for reasons even when we cannot see them. Open the gates of pure restoration and abundant
grace.
Let us pick up
the moral compass and change what we can and know the wisdom to know the
difference and what to do of what we cannot.
Restore our very
own inner beings allowing us to breathe you in.
