Daily Journal/Thoughts/
Prayers (Thinking out loud) Thank you for this
new day and the way to make me smile knowing how this crazy mind of mine works and
you start this day with a daily verse about wives and noble character.
How sweet
that you tie up in a nice little package when going from BibleGateway to Jesus
Calling.
Yet the first thing this mind says is what about
the husbands of noble character. In just
what about humanity in general.
So many twists and turns and as you say in Jesus
Calling most likely knowing where this mind maze twists and turns. “Instead of
trying harder to help people through your own paltry supplies, become aware of
MY unlimited supply, which is accessible to you continually. Let My love envelop your outreach to other
people.”
Subtle reminders how quickly I can get sucked in
and derail from acknowledging your blessings on any given moment.
So easy just like hearing one line in a scripture
and a song plays off in this head.
How blessed am I to know the difference, know what
boundaries are even if they are not used most days? More importantly what Love can be and is
through you.
Passion and compassion that never counts the cost
during the moments it transpires. Yet
many will pay a lifetime for what is lost or for many never gained.
Just as the wiled paisley print of any 1880 fabric
bringing wild imagination and sometimes bold design.
You in all your creativity have opened the world
of all things possible to come together in harmony and brightness. If we choose to fight forward for all that is
good.
Weariness does take over, yet we get to choose to
inhale deeply holding on to all that you present and want to grow.
The choices, the blessing for most and curse for
others. Freedom of will; freedom of
choice.
The do-gooders, the Pius, the broken, those who
look up no matter what, those who look down for all the right or wrong.
All in the end though their goods and deeds may
have carried them to pleasures and worldly abundance. In the end have nothing if they do not have
you Jesus.
The fragmented pieces of this journey I am
surprised I never gave in, never gave up even when I get it wrong 80% of any
given day’s choices when it comes to my own flesh and desires.
Yet the journey states the ability to see the true
colors in all things therefore making our abilities to just keep moving in
wonderment if we do not stay face down when things trip us up.
Every living human and all that goes with us; so
uniquely designed for more, deeper, higher abilities in and with you.
Yet, we stall at the gates always remembering that
one bad moment, that grasping what comes easy later to find the destruction in
the wake because we had no faith in why you Father God would allow us to be in
the first place.
I will never really know why but I learned the tests
of time have allowed me to stop chasing the why and just keep trying.
My choices my own, the voids only you Father allow
to be filled. Blessed beyond all things
and prayers anyone I connect come to know that peace.
So be it wild rides at the theme park, wild
imagination of passion and that deep love bursting into reality. Or the sorrows of what the world holds more
often than not. You alone shine the
brightest.
Thank you for allowing me to start each day
anew. No matter what is or is not. Only that forever of what was and forever lives deep within me.
Wide awake even when I so wish I had excuses; even
when I just want something you say not yet, not here, not now. Finding my shelter knowing no matter it is
you. Beauty through all the misguided
rushing without thinking.
The gift of that which will never be taken away as
you hold it tight keeper of my soul.
Thank you, Jesus, for allowing me to learn so much of who you are with
greater hopes to really know you face to face on that one day.
Thank you for the dreams, desires, cold and frigid
days, and those that I am set on fire.
Wash through me with all who are love, all you are now then in every wrong
or right.
May the burn of you Jesus never be snuffed out but
made in abundance as souls unite and electricity of our current beings connect
for all that is good, all that is truth even in those brief moments compared to
your eternity. Wash over all I am and
ever will be!
Standing with all who believe. Lord stand by me and show me and all I am
who, and when. As you allow me to know
when to stay and when to go. Your
will, your love, your light; may I even a flicker reflect the hope and passion in
all that is good and shine just a flicker of hope when that darkness comes to consume what you
intended for greatness.
Heal all I am connected Jesus; You alone know every single thing said, unsaid. Be you in all that I am, all that I can be, all that I have and will connect.
