you from every kind of harm. He will watch
over your life.
8 The Lord will watch over your life no
matter where you go, both now and forever.
Because I
wanted to really know what they were saying here as we know in life harm does
come even for those who believe and walk with Him.
7 The Lord will
keep you from all that is sinful. He will watch over your soul. 8 The Lord will watch over
your coming and going, now and forever.
7 The Lord will
protect you from all evil; He will keep your life.
8 The Lord will guard your going out and your coming in
[everything that you do]
From this time forth and forever.
As in life so
many things can be misread; what I have come to the conclusion of is that no
matter what the Lord is always with his children. He will always guard your soul when that
freedom of will takes over and you choose the worlds ways over Him. As he will never take away the freedom of
will and choice, he has blessed us with.
And He will always be with us for those who faithfully believe even in
or errors and will lead, heal, and comfort us wherever we need to go.

I do not make up the
daily verse or rewrite it. I simply during
my morning devotionals try to understand what it is saying, and it feed my
spirit to grow forward in a positive way that will help me flicker a light of
hope, good that will be shared.
Not everyone will
agree, in fact many will agree to disagree.
But we all get to choose!
We get to choose what
we want to here, see, consume, or spew out.
We all get to live our best lives and hopefully know. What my best life is many be something horribly
for you or vice versa.
We are all made in the
image of God, we all have been blessed with freedom of choice and will. However, we are all uniquely designed and
although so many of us will go through like experiences that are good, bad, indifferent,
and sometimes horrifying.
Our perception for what
we want, what we do and what we think we want the world to see us as is our own
individual choices.
Yes, when we go to
school to be nurses, doctors, lawyers, technicians, project managers and so
on. We are gearing our minds to be more
alike as we have known when the body comes together greater good or greater bad
can happen.
Even that with the body
of Christ followers and believers. Unfortunately,
that is how cults come to life. Becoming
anti this anti that; sacrifice this sacrifice that. Legalistic rules and regulations led by man
and not just the gathering of good learning and challenging the teacher to
understand what that really means.
No, I am not here to
jump on any bandwagon or challenge what the bible says or even call out
buildings called churches or people who teach the doctrine in the morning while
living in Satan’s sandbox in any afternoon.
Right is right, wrong
is wrong period. I am a believer if
you decide you are going to do something illegal or to harm others no matter
what your status, title or background is.
Well, if you do the crime do the time.
No matter what that looks like.
I have spent my life
surrounded by the best and worse of people and have been truly blessed that I
have always had the will and want to fight forward to be my own. Even if I do things for my own co-dependencies
my choices are my own. Just as every
single soul on this earth. Unless you
are disabled or a child.
But we know even toddlers
know right from wrong and know when we say No, they get to choose to keep going
back or not.
So, looking into today’s
daily verse when I first read it. It
just challenged me to think harder what this means. And perhaps I am way off in what I noted above. So I have to keep going and stick with
it. Psalm 121

121 I look up to the hills, but where will my help really come from?

help will come from the Lord, the Creator of heaven and earth.
3 He
will not let you fall. Your Protector will not fall asleep.
4 Israel’s
Protector does not get tired. He never sleeps. 5 The Lord is your Protector.
The Lord stands by your side, shading and protecting you. 6 The sun cannot harm you during the day, and the moon cannot harm you at night. 7 The Lord will protect you from every danger. He will protect your soul. 8 The Lord will protect you as you come and go,[a]
both now and forever!
To me it still leads
back to choices and the fact is that no matter what we choose He is always with
His chosen and all who call upon His name daily. Not just in the minute of a hasty decision
leaving us in turmoil, harm, or destruction.
Not that which storms of life and getting caught up just by
existing. He is with all who believe
and call upon him doing their best day and night they are given and will always
keep their soul and protect and guide them.
I am far from scholarly,
and no way am I theologian. You have to
have reason and logic coming together for that and trust me even at this age although
I believe in allot and want to believe and grasp on to all that is good and
helps grow me and not take from me. I
still have that squirrel syndrome that spins me sometimes making me question
and many times making the wrong choices.
What I do know is
fact though is never have I ever purposely done anything for my own selfishness
or self-gratification at the expense of anyone else.
Sometimes it
takes me a little longer to figure things out, but eventually I do and when I
cannot I call out for help if it is really something of importance. Or important to me and something in my life.
Anyway, I don’t
know about you; but I love it when I am called to dive deeper in and learn more. I am a question person anyway. I have
to know the whole picture and the whys of how any certain piece of the puzzle
will fit in. almost 30 years in Quality
Assurance pushing buttons and trying to find ways of making it not fit. Keeps this mind working to where logic is
not always the best reason.
The impact of
what the outcome is should be the first requirements of anything we are trying
to achieve laid out before we get started.
It does not mean
that theory cannot be put into place with our relationships, our day to day or
our day of business wherever or whatever that is. Hopefully, whatever you are doing, wherever
you are going. You are thinking with the
end in mind and being a good human and even if not shining for anyone else in
this world. You are not burning up everything
in your path as you blaze your way ahead on the journey you are trying to make.
Hopefully, the
choices you make your own, and you are giving something back even if no one
ever gave you anything in your time here on earth.
No one deserves
anything, and none of us are really entitled even if; even when.
It does not take
much to live simply or simply live!
It is a blessing just to be given a new day full of opportunity and air
in our lungs. One many will not
get. To be blessed with abundance because
of hard work, or just dumb luck. Well,
that is a plus. I just pray I or no
one I am tied to ever takes advantage of those blessings when they come. And they always realize anything, and
everything will and can be gone in a blink of an eye. We are not promised tomorrow, and we are not
defined by the world we have been given to live; at least not unless we choose
to allow it and live up to what the world says we are.
Be it we want to
be remembered for that 15 minute of fame for something we do or our lifetime
career and goals. Or just remembered
period will depend on the legacy you leave.
For those who do
horrible things now names forgotten but images in some family’s nightmares. They may be written down somewhere in some
archives but will relive their deeds in hell over and over again never to rest
from the pain and torment they cause others.
A lie is a lie,
harm is harm, we all reap what we sow. I
am a true believer in Karma! I am a true
believer in Jesus Christ and all he lived, suffered, and died for. I am proof of blessings and going full
circle when you work to be your best human self even when it sounds at times, I
am weary and worn out.
I do believe we
can live, love, and laugh together when we choose to. I do believe when you want something bad
enough, you find away to make it happen.
What is it that
you believe? Are you caught up in
thinking you have the right to judge others for what hey look like, what they
have, what they choose to call themselves or what they do???
You want to get
on the bandwagon and call out the nonsense do it; that is your choice. I personally think it’s a waste of time that
the world has gone mad when we are trying to cancel what has been medically and
biblically ordained. I think it is a
failure of moral values and truth that parents do not stand their ground and
teach to their best ability right from wrong and that no matter what we all get
to choose. But the choices we make
belong to those who make them and sometimes the results will not be so pretty or harmless.
I believe we can
all choose and be what we want but no where at any time will it ever change the
facts of what has already been created to be.
And at no time
should we hate someone else for their choices. We should hate the choice and the outcome
and do our best to help prevent it. But
we cannot force anyone to be or do what we would be or do.
We can force our
will upon our children until a certain age.
A bully or madman can force their will with brut force and harm against many,
but it will never change who those they force are. Even in the worse scenario the persons on
the other end are still the same persons God created them to be.
Getting mad,
getting even getting anything because we do not understand the laws of freedom
of will and choice. Only layers up our
own walls and paths we need to travel.
If only we believed in all that is good, all that is pure, and all that
God created us as individuals to be and learned how to hold on loosely and walk
with no agenda but to be our best selves and enjoy every second of every
blessing we are given.
Even me on some
days where I get caught up in the spin and allow it to weight me down. Or I am running so fast I forget to jump off
the spin.
Father God thank
you! For this day and any days, I am
given. Thank you for allowing me to dig
into what I do not fully understand and thank you for in your time showing me
how to let go while holding on. Thank
you for allowing me to get back up when my spirit is crushed for what I want, I
need, I believe for myself and those I care deeply for and about.
Be with this
mind, this spirit, this being you call me to be. Be with all I am connected through the good,
bad, or indifferent. Even if they do
not believe and call upon your name Jesus.
Be with them in peace giving harmony and the want to grow forward with
mercy, grace, and abundant love.
May all I am come
to know, want, and chase you Jesus. Fill
us up, protecting and healing us from ourselves and all others that bring any
harm for one second or a lifetime.
Lord as long as I
can face it with you forever throughout eternity; my shelter my forever lover
of all I am. Surround and consume all I
am or ever will be.
